看還是去年新開的以為會不錯，裝修一塌糊塗，結果就是垃圾中的戰鬥機，退個房就來敲我門三次，你能理解不？還在睡覺，一直來砰砰砰砰敲門，二百多住白金不好？真的是離譜。

前台服務員小姐姐很熱情，我的車輛充電時遇到一些問題，她已經下班了，還跑前跑後，電話聯繫充電樁客服。最終解決了故障，車輛能正常充電。為這位小姐姐服務態度點贊！另外酒店的客房很乾凈，設備很新，早餐超出預期的好，我們很滿意👍

除了房間的拖鞋太薄以外，其他的都非常好，酒店設施很新，甚至可以帶寵物進來，早餐的自助量雖然不是很大，但現在食材都非常新鮮，不過沒有餛飩和麪條，是我沒有想到的，但是他們會有豆花，這個是在別家酒店沒有吃到過的，房間地板拖得非常乾淨，床墊睡的也很舒服，被子很乾燥，一點都不潮濕，洗澡的水也很大，總覺得很滿意，下次來還會住在這邊。

不知是不是春節的緣故…早餐廳沒有開，説是廚師放假了，辛苦了早上前台的小姐姐又熬粥又蒸包子，但是對於一週前才住過紹興柯巖的漢庭來説，入住體驗感真的落差太大了，本來是享受早餐，最後變成了能吃到飯就好來自我安慰😂；房間衞生也很一般，放在日常説實話是不能接受的，房間地板灰塵大，茶杯是沒有洗過的，上一位住客泡的茶葉水還殘留在那裡，以至於實在不放心對着床上用品翻來覆去檢查了好幾遍才放心入睡，唯一能讓人滿意的是前台服務員小姐姐，五星給她們，春節不易
