環境：是觀海衞鎮最好的酒店，就這個價位來講，硬件無可挑剔，該配備的用品都齊全，水量很大，洗澡很舒服。出行也方便，還有地下停車場，相當便利。 服務：這個有待改善。辦個入住，服務員寫錯了房間號，拖着行李半天刷不開門鎖，又再拖回樓下。住了這麼多少年酒店，這是第一次。另外送個下午茶到房間從下午五點半一直到六點半才送到，期間還打電話催了一次。不過可能節假日比較忙亂吧。總的來説還可以。

前台帥哥美女服務很好，裝修和設施設備非常新，距離周邊的景區也很近，早餐豐富，衞生乾淨，不關是前台還是客房都會主動問好，禮迎官的衣服也很有特色，下次還會來住

住了很多次了，整體感覺挺好的！ 房間裝修比較新， 前台接待熱情！ 早餐搭配合理，種類也ok. 唯一不好就是很多圓桌，不方便坐！
