PARKING PAYANT .9€ par jour, dur dur. et non GRATUIT .(ah si pour les motos.) Dommage ça plombe l'ambiance .pas spécifié qd vous réservé une place de parking.... le personnel très gentil et a l'écoute . calme , pas loin du centre ville historique et du puy de dôme. Merci

Spent one night here. No COVID Pass checks when I arrived. Its an old building, near the town centre. Room was very small so was the bathroom. The Place was clean, but the bed not too comfortable. I have been in better places for 60 euros. Next time I will go back to the Mercure.

Prix bas des chambres. Parquet en mauvais état. Bruit de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner dans une salle annexe de l hotel. Pas de personnel dans la salle. Il n y avait plus ni tasses, ni verres. Il restait 4 beurres et autant de confiture. Thé impossible à faire (pas de sachet). On est allé se servir nous même dans la cuisine attenante pour les tasses et le beurre. La personne de la réception une fois prévenue est arrivée 10 minutes après. Très très décevant, incompréhensible et incorrect

Dans la salle d'eau, l'éclairage est insuffisant. Le tuyau de douche fuit. Le petit déjeuner est un peu "bling-bling" avec une machine à café Nespresso mais pas de produits de base bio AB (sauf thés). J'aurai préféré une machine qui moud les grains au dernier moment (préservation des arômes et moins de déchets).

Hôtel très bien localisé, à proximité de tout commerce. Lieu très calme, propre avec un personnel très accueillant et agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation. De plus avec un rapport qualité prix très intéressant.

Petit hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Clermont Ferrand , et d'un bon rapport qualité prix . Mais qui a besoin d'être rénové , surtout la salle de douche. Très calme malgré une situation en centre ville, et personnel très gentil et à l'écoute .

Deux excellentes nuits passées dans l hôtel beaulieu, très facile d accès. Je recommande vivement. La chambre est simple et confortable, l hôtel est calme. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. N hésitez pas.
