Overall good experience. Reasonable price and great service. Location was convenient, close to target and some local shopping area. We took the bus to downtown New York which takes approximately 45 min, wasn’t bad. Would recommend it

The room was not bad, but the sink in the bathroom was full of water and the water in the toilet was very slow. The waitress at the front desk had a bad attitude. She never smiled and didn't reply when I asked her how she was. The male waiter was pretty good and very enthusiastic.

Hotel staff at the front desk was very lack luster. No Good Morning or Welcome. The cleaning and breakfast staff displayed more customer service than the front desk. The property itself was as you would expect for a hotel outside of NYC. Hotel greetings and dialogue go a long way and this one was very monotone.

Easy check in, decently clean room. Good for the price. Breakfast is good, spacious breakfast room. 2 min drive to Target.
Only thing to complain about- walls are thin. They cannot bring up utensils to the room. Not sure what else they cannot bring up to you.

5th time staying here and as usual loved it. Only issue was we were given a room on the 3rd floor right infront of the Highway which tends to get noisy. Other then that everything was perfect

POSITIVES & NEGATIVES: First the POSITIVES
- For the most, it was a good stay. While using a GPS will take you to the other side of Route 3 next to the UNO Restaurant, however, the Hotel is conveniently located off of Route 3, directly after the BP Gas station. Access into Red Robin (YUMMM!)) Restaurant from hotel lobby is cool. Swimming pool is really nice. Appropriate size for both children & adults, with plenty of space. Gym is a nice size too. The staff were surprisingly just okay. They did their job, but it felt a bit cold to me. No one seemed to go above to give off a you're welcomed here environment. I had 2 issues in my room during my stay, of which they responded to quickly. The parking lot has parking on two sides: front by the entrance, which are WAY TOO Close to each other. I kept thinking my car is going to get scratched every time someone parked next to me opens their own car doors. The Parking spots to the side are better spaced. I traveled alone this time, but this hotel is family friendly. The breakfast was basic. They served the exact same thing all 5 days I was there. I rate this location 4 out 5 stars.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning, lots to choose from. Close to getting on the highway for the city. Lots of shopping near by as well.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The mattress was phenomenally comfortable. Room was clean. I wish they had provided more amenities in terms of the personal use products, such as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I found that the bottles were very small and useless. Breakfast was good, but could have been better too.
