Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Very clean hotel with good quality food. Very helpful and nice staff. The wonderful animation team will make our holiday time very pleasant with various games, great shows every evening - they do a very good job! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

You made me and my mum feel so welcome. Each and every single one of you are all amazing it ur own ways and should be so proud of ur self, keep shining I love you all ❤️ Bar staff thank you to mehmet, and a few others you all work so hard and provide an amazing service The hotel is very very clean and tidy and the food is always nice and fresh overall I had a wonderful stay and cnt wait to return Sarah & Sheila xxx

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Very nice service, always smiling, especially Marry and Ninja (love ya). A lot of attractions, everyone will find something for themselves. The food is very tasty and varied. I will definitely come back here!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel so welcome, front desk staff helped with luggage, cleaner was lovely, seeing as it was our honeymoon, she made up the room beautifully, we received a cake stand full of goodies and the morning we were leaving we received a trolley full of breakfast for us, it was all fabulous.. room was lovely with pool and sea views, clean, bed comfy, we had complimentary slippers and dressing gowns.. as I said, cleaners were lovely, bar and hotel staff friendly and nothing was too much for them. I enjoyed a Turkish massage at the hotel spa which I'd definitely recommend.. animation team were great, Totti, ninja, Simon, max, mustafa, merry and others (sorry I couldn't remember names) always full of energy and smiles, very helpful and made you feel very welcome, encouraging to join in activities, shows were great and some funny, very entertaining.. the hotel was really clean and fresh always, no issues. Restaurant staff also helpful, friendly, always willing.. the food was nice with a lot of variety to choose from aswell as different drinks available.. arcade staff, photographer all a great bunch of people.. plenty of areas where you can relax, chill out and just enjoy the hotel.. tui rep also helpful as we couldn't make one trip we had booked and was very helpful rearranging it for us.. there aren't any faults I can find with this hotel and would be more than happy to return in the future.. thanks for making our honeymoon so special ☺️❤️

The food is almost the same as the last year but very tasty, so the room always clean, big thanks for the cleaner, my mom she likes the drinks from the bar team Abdullah and mustafa 🍻🍻🍻 The happines it mean animation team terrace elite , we love all of You ❤

10 out of 10!!! Our first family holiday as a 3 and it’s been absolutely perfect. The staff have been amazing and the animation team are a team we will never forget, brilliant bunch of people :) Our little girl (19 months) was treated like a little Queen by all the staff (especially Simo) Already looking at going back, we are so sad to be home From Megan, Ophelia and Jack (Mr Hotel)

I fairly enjoyed my trip to turkey, staff food entertainment very good. No complaints what to ever very good service. All staff very polite and welcoming. A big positive I noticed was how the staff take out there own time to sit with you speak to you about anything you need or whatsoever. Amazing hotel definitely be back
