Byliśmy z żoną na przełomie września i października. Hotel ogólnie kompaktowy ale to nam nie przeszkadzało. Basen dla nas był wystarczający choć niektórzy piszą że jest mały. Plaża w odległości krótkiego spaceru przez mostek na rzece, plaża bardzo ładna duża z płytkim wejściem do morza. Jedzenie w barze na plaży dobre szczególnie pizza. W barach praktycznie bez kolejek. Dla nas najlepszy był Terrace Bar w budynku gdzie jest SPA. Super Irish Pub Trzy rodzaje piwa lanego, piwo butelkowe bez ograniczeń i miła atmosfera. Bardzo dobrze zorganizowany oktoberfest. Obsługa w barach bardzo miła. W Hotelu pracuje Polka Pani Krysia, bardzo pomocna i kompetentna. Pozdrawiamy. Jeżeli chcesz tańców dyskotek to nie tutaj. Średnia wieku to gdzieś 60 lat. Hotel bardzo spokojny. Około 23.30 spokój i cisza. Jest dyskoteka wewnątrz budynku bardzo fajna DJ gra na prawdę dobrze jednak średnio na dyskotece jest około 4-5osób. Ja wiedziałem o tym z innych recenzji ale chciałem tym razem spokojnego wypoczynku i to otrzymałem. Pięć minut od hotelu duży bazar. Trzy minuty od hotelu przystanek autobusowy do Side czy Kumkoy. Hotel polecam dla ludzi lubiących spokój i odpoczynek. Z miłą chęcią tam wrócimy.

Honestly I really loved it. Been there with our 1 yo son and we had lots of fun and relaxation.entertainment was awesome, kid playgrounds well thought, food is tasty with lots of choices and the staff is really friendly. They are really focused on quality and I've observed management making rounds to make sure everythings in order, they are really quality driven and focused on excellence. I would definitely like to return there at one point. Thanks for the hospitality !

I had an absolutely awesome experience , the staff were so professional and lovely, the food is 10/10, I can't fault it at all. The service was great, the domestic staff was skilful and kind. I will recommend the hotel and will love to visit again. It is a luxury facility and has a lot of interesting things and places to visit.

Did have a lovely time at this hotel but the food wasn’t the best, got told we couldn’t eat in the lobby bar kept saying restaurant to us, so we then went outside to eat but still had to eat at the restaurant but then they let other people eat in the lobby bar and didn’t tell them to leave just let them eat, very unfair staff. Check out at 12 but then have to wait 5 hours to get a flight home, make check out a bit later as flights home are always late

I have been to Turkey over 10 times and can honestly say this is the best hotel I have been to in Turkey and cannot wait to return. From the moment we arrived for our 10 day holiday (June 2023) the team were welcoming and very friendly. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. A special thanks to Kenan, Kader, Sinan, Elena and Serhatt. Nothing was too much for them. They are all very friendly, always smiling, professional and extremely attentive. Thank you for going above and beyond, We will miss you all. It’s a shame I didn’t manage to remember more names as all of the staff at this resort deserve personal appreciation for their hospitality and kindness. Thank you to all of the staff for making our experience as great as it was and I wish you all the best in the future. This hotel is beautiful but also very well designed as everything is easily accessible. The room was light, beautiful and very clean with great shower pressure and a beautiful side sea view. The food was delicious and definitely the best selection I have seen at an All Inclusive Hotel. The foods were well seasoned, very fresh and not too repetitive. We enjoyed veal, lamb, prawns, hummus and the most amazing salads and fruit which I will really miss. We did try the Bonsai restaurant which was delicious. This is also the only hotel I did not get an ear infection from the pool. The pool was clean and always cold. My ears and I appreciated this. There is lots to do in this hotel and everything is well organised. We are very sad to be back at home but look forward to visiting in the future.

We had a lovely time at Crystal palace hotel. Although it was winter in Turkey the weather was not too cold. The staff Ismael, Ali serving drinks Enis at the snack restaurant Mustafa at the reception. They were excellent There was a lady who was cleaning our room during our stay. She was excellent

My girlfriend and I have just returned after a very short break (3nights) at the Crystal Palace in Side. It was very quiet due to the time of year but we had a nice stay. Disappointed there was no entertainment as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The food was nice with a good selection to suit everybody and the staff were very friendly. Special mention and thanks go to Tulay who works in the bar near reception. A lovely lady who looked after us and makes the best Pina Colada in the hotel 😄. Rooms and public areas are spacious and very clean. All in all we had a good stay so thankyou to all the staff. Best Wishes for a good Christmas to you all.

It was our first time in Turkey and we absolved loved it. The hotel was superb on all fronts; - the food was just amazing. Such a huge variety of dishes on all meals. I particularly enjoyed tbe local food at dinner. Absolutely loved it - the staff are polite and super helpful, never jad any issues - the entertainment was good as well. Perhaps could do with a bit more activities in the pool during day time - the slides and the pool are the absolute ace! The couple things to mention is the wifi and sun beds by the pool - wifi wasn’t great in our room and by the pool, but on flip side it was great to get a break from the scrolling addiction lol - not possible to get sunbeds by the pool. You need to wake 4am and go down to reserve by leaving your personal things on them if you want them. I guess that’s the problem across the board in most hotels I wanted to say special thanks to Mustafa who was our guest relation man. He was super helpful in helping to choose and organise day trips and entertainment. Mustafa, if read that yoh are a top man!
