Top city hotel, location a bit away from the city center, very friendly staff, nice rooms, delicious breakfast... only disadvantage for us, one blanket for two people :-)

The transportation is convenient (close to the train station) and there is a paid parking lot (in fact, free parking is available on the side road). The front desk service is very attentive and prepared a room with a view of the Rhine River for me. The sound insulation is also good.

The hotel is very new and clean, and the service of the front desk guy is also good. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and asked me if I was a hotel member so that I could get a room in advance. I decisively took out the membership card from many years ago (now I scan the code to register) and gave me a room. The hotel breakfast is very rich, as shown in the picture!

It is located on the Rhine River and close to the Cologne Exhibition Center. The hotel is clean and tidy. The sofa in the room can be unfolded into a bed. It can accommodate two to three people. Overall satisfactory

Selten so tolles, nettes und aufmerksames Personal erlebt, wir sind total begeistert, das Zimmer war sehr sauber , das Frühstück wirklich gut, wir hatten nur eine Nacht gebucht wegen des DB Streiks und waren wirklich positiv überrascht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Steht einem Hil... in der City an Service und Freundlichkeit in nichts nach, ganz im Gegenteil.

hotel acolhedor e muito bem localizado (fizemos vários passeios a pé, próximo do Rio Rhein). próximo de uma estação de trem / metro. quarto espaçoso (estávamos 02 adultos + criança de 13 anos), limpo. café da manhã muito saboroso, com diversas opções de comidas e bebidas (valor aproximado de 22 euros). poderiam deixar chá disponível para os hospedes. som da televisão no banheiro era um pouco alto. cozy and very well located hotel (we went on several walking tours, close to the River Rhein). close to a train/metro station. spacious room (we were 2 adults + 13 year old child), clean. very tasty breakfast, with several food and drink options (approximate value of 22 euros). They could make tea available for guests. The sound from the television in the bathroom was a little loud.

I liked this hotel. It's a little bit far from the old town, maybe 1.5kms but still convenient. Hotel is lovely and clean and the service was great. Easy to get to by taxi or Uber. Hotel feels safe. There was a terror alert in the city on NY so being a little further away was quite comforting. Breakfast was also very good.

Lovely hotel, outstanding breakfast selection. Bedrooms modern and clean, although we found the rooms very warm even in January. Road noise when window open and air con not much good.

Très bon hôtel, un peu loin du centre, mais la promenade près du Rhin est sympa. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, le petit déjeuner est copieux.
