Very impressed by this Ibis budget, it’s very easy to get to, free car parking, we got a friendly helpful welcome and the room was clean with a great en suite shower. It’s obviously not a 5 Star but I didn’t pay or expect 5 Star facilities, I paid for a budget hotel and thus is excellent. Another plus was the breakfast, nothing fancy but a well laid out ‘ continental’ buffet, a very good stay.

Great location if you're visiting AIRBUS, Toulouse or taking a flight. Friendly staff, good breakfast, confortable and spacious room and bed. Only downside was the fact that the room's floor was dirty (dusty and full of woman's hair). That aside, all good.

Odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre. Premier réflexe, j’ouvre la fenêtre…erreur! Le local à poubelles s’y trouve! Bruyant avec la rocade, ni propre ni sale, aucun point de restauration si ce n’est un distributeur « en panne ». Sanitaires très sommaires. Pour seulement 3€ de plus j’ai eu une jolie petite chambre d’hôtel sur Anglet.

Parking non sécurisé puisqu ouvert la nuit. Chambre glaciale, l air froid entre par la fenêtre, le chauffage au max ne sert à rien et ne chauffe pas, j ai du m emmitoufler dans la couette. Impossible de se doucher à cause du froid. Pas d insonorisation, quelqu un parlait fort jusqu'à 2h du matin. La femme de chambre qui vient taper vers 8h alors que je suis censée partir plus tard. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel c est l enfer. Presque 62€ pour ça, je me sens flouée.

Les sommiers des lits n'étaient que de simple planche ! Le matelas de 15 cm et les couchages sont de 80 cm de large. Les matelas glissent sur la planche, impossible de dormir. De plus l'hôtel était en travaux, ce qui n'était pas indiqué sur le site au moment de la réservation.

Le seul souci c'est que nous n'avions pas été prévenus que l'hôtel était en travaux de rénovation complète. Donc poussière partout, accueil dans un petit coin et pas de salle de petit déjeuner. On nous a fourni un petit déjeuner basique dans un sac à emporter certes moins cher (heureusement !) mais tout de même ! Séjour pas très agréable. Par contre personnel au top.
On y retournera lorsque les travaux seront tour à fait terminés.
