My room was very dirty. There was trash in the floor by the bed. Smears on the only window facing the view I paid for. Grime all over the tub and trash on the floor in the bathroom. Spider webs and dust above the vanity. Just very very dirty in general and because of that it was over priced.

Beautiful scenery, hot spring pools are well cared for and the restaurant was very good. However, our room was in need of updating and the bathtubs surface was worn and extremely slippery

Restaurant at property ( which was only one within miles) was was overpriced, had no affordable dinner options without driving 15 miles into town. For a resort at a hot springs , where everyone has wet swimsuits, towels etc. There was ONE hook on back of bathroom door to dry stuff.room had no clock, don't need alarm, but is nice to glance at & see what time it is. There was one very low & uncomfortable chair in room. Had no chest of drawers for storing clothes. Beautiful, historic property that could do a lot of little things to make your stay much nicer.

The room was NASTY with POOP on the floor, so dusty. The response from management was dismissive when told about the feces, they should have offered some amount of refund. A resort should have better accommodations like simply a robe to wear to the hot spring pools. Or providing information about what to bring. Their lack of signage makes things hard to find and there is no warning how far some rooms are from the pools which requires driving.

We expected more upscale cabins for the amount of money we spent. The room had spider webs over the light fixtures and windows, water pressure was poor if others showered, within the row or rooms, then we had to wait till the pressure built back up(30-40 min). The service at the front desk and the Steak house was excellent. The hot springs and pools were great.

This was our second stay at Mt. Princeton and both times have been great experiences. Certain amenities are only open during particular times of year (weather permitting). We stayed in one of the newer Creekside Suites and our room was wonderful! Spacious, full kitchen, fireplace, great bathroom and a private deck next to Chalk Creek. Family friendly resort and always enjoyable! And thanks to Debbie, for a great check in!
