The location is good, easy to take bus to mall and back. The shower didnt work but bath did, so I had use a cup to pour water over head. Overall it’s good.

Good airport hotel but not a Marriott standard. It doesnt serve breakfast at the weekends but do understand this may be post Covid.
It is an old Marriott, but the staff are kind which makes up for it, the bed was broken for our entire stay but again but Bob did make efforts to get it fixed however this was a very busy weekend. You do need a car staying there if you are longer than a night.

Selected this hotel because of proximity to airport and it having an on site restaurant. Airport shuttle was prompt and worked great. After booking the welcome message received gave hours of restaurant, saying closed on Sundays(night of my stay). Not many food options besides fast food and convenience stores. Got back to bite after walking to get something to eat and restaurant was open. Also didn’t seem real busy but room they gave me was quite far in back of the building. Also, when I checked in they tried to give
Me a parking pass and I told them I didn’t have a vehicle. At checkout, I had an added fee for parking. It was removed.

We were picking up our granddaughter at the airport. We are elderly and decided to do the trip in two days, most would do it in one. It was a fun experence and may do it again. I hadn't been to Columbus in years because I lived out of state,

Towels were replaced, but the bed was not made and the trash was not emptied. That seemed strange, but otherwise all was well. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and everything worked.

No one was at the front desk when I checked in. Waited ten minutes for someone to show. Rest of the stay was fine.

First, we didn’t know you had to pay to leave your vehicle here. The whole reason we stayed here was to have a shuttle to the airport in the early morning. Then when we were up and ready to head to the airport at 3:30am, there was no shuttle driver and no workers at the lobby desk to even ask what to do. So we left a note and had to drive to the airport and park in long term parking and pay there. Less than impressed with this service.
