The room is large, but the facilities and breakfast are mediocre. The price is fine for a one-night stay in the greater Chicago area.

This was a terrible experience at this hotel there was bad. There was a bed bug in my room they never came to service the room out of my 7days of staying there. They treat me like I brought the bed buy with me. Then they tryed to tell me it was not a bed bug. They said it was a Beatles it's winter time Beatles are not around at this time of the year. Then she asked the house keeper did she see any bed bugs. House keeper said no she didn't see any. I said of course not they hide in the day time. They come out at nite. But I have a picture of the bed bug that was in my room.they never call the big man out to spray or clean the room. I will never go back there.

Check in was very quick but there was issues with our keys not working. We had to go to the front desk often to get our keys reconnected. There was some sort of glitch. This was the only annoying part of our stay as I would go to my room on the 4th floor only to find out my key didn't work then I'd have to go back down and wait in line to get it reconnected. This happened 3 times.

Everything is good and comfortable but only sometimes and not every time
The receptionist insists that he will not give you the room until after three o'clock and this is tiring because when I come I am exhausted and need the room.
I hope i have a special status because I am your guest in the same hotel for more than 30 nights

The shower did not work and I was forced to use the sink in the morning. It was too late to change rooms. HVAC system was extremely noisy. It made it difficult to sleep.

Staff was very kind but they were understaffed. My phone wasn’t working the whole weekend. I had to come downstairs to request something. I also asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. I requested towels and they had none clean. Then they forgot to bring them to me and I had to go back to front desk to ask for them again. I also didn’t have any clean towels on the day of checkout.

The room was nice and clean but last night 12/23/23 we had to move into a new room due to no maintenance being there to help fix the toilet and the bed was super hard to sleep on.

I put water in the palm of my hand
When i took a shower, the water color is pretty clear to me & no itching of my skin after taking shower. Some hotels or motels have really bad colorass smell from the bed sheets or pillow, sonetimes, cause me a headache or cough. This motel has no coloras smell at all from the bed sheets, pillow, or towels, etc
