Room was very clean and tidy and staff were lovely. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Is the accommodation flash and New? No
Is the room clean? Spotless as clean as any 5 star I have stayed
Is the location convenient? This motel was chosen only because of its location to dining facilities. We were not disappointed. We has a few options within 100 metres.
Was the staff friendly? Definitely. Not only friendly but informative. On arrival we were given an overview of the town and nearby dining options.
In summary this motel does not offer dining facilities but a number of options are available within easy walking distance.
Like many motels of this vintage the room was tired, but immaculately clean and very well presented. There was no traffic noise from the nearby highway, the bed was comfortable, and tell me, how many motels offer a recliner lounge to watch TV??
Highly recoomended and great value for money.

Found accomodation at the last minute but it was basic. There was a musty smell in the room. Friendly reception. Not a lot of option for food around.... fish and chips across the road disgusting. We stayed two nights.

We last stayed here on the 11th September 2020 (scroll down to my previous review), and nothing has changed except a small $10 per night price increase to $120 if you book direct. We were only staying for 1 night, but due to tyre and rim damage from a pothole at Ilford, we needed 2 nights for our group of 3 couples. Lucky they could accommodate us and we enjoyed our stay. Friendly owners, huge comfortable and clean room, electric blankets, quiet air con, plates and bowls which are great if you're self catering for breakfast, and a 2 minute walk to the local pub for dinner. Even the bowling club where we ate tonight was only a 3 minute drive, or 10 minute walk. But the big selling point of this older style motel is that it's off the main road, therefore quiet. When we left the bowling club tonight, the number of trucks on the main road outnumbered cars. Hearing them drive past at 3am will not ensure a good night's sleep. We'll stay here again.

We just happened to notice the Click Tower Motor Inn as we came into town. The host was welcoming and friendly and we stayed in one of the Queen rooms. The rooms are large, and even though a little dated, are quite clean and spotless. The room was comfortable and very quiet. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water.

We stayed in this great central motel as a stopover whilst travelling. Great hosts, HUGE motel room with large table and large, lovely couch. Very well appointed - even a pull out drying line in bathroom. High ceilings, spotlessly clean, soundproof and very quiet. Unlike all other motels in town you can walk across the road for dinner at the Impetial Hotel - huge $15 Chicken Parma & free tea/coffee. IGA also very handy. Reasonable rates. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
