This is the worst apar**ent I have ever lived in, bar none! Dirty + inconvenient + poor service!
The sanitation in the apar**ent is really disgusting!
Refrigerator: When you open the refrigerator door, you will feel a suffocating odor. There is also some liquid in the refrigerator drawer that has not been cleaned up!
Cup: The edge of the cup is broken. Fortunately, I found it in time, otherwise I might have cut my mouth!
Bathroom sink: Both sinks cannot drain. A closer look shows that the drains are all blocked by hair and even moldy. It is really disgusting! !
Washing machine: There are dirty black stains in the detergent tank!
Dining table: The tabletop is sticky. Everything you put on it is stuck. I don’t know how long it has not been wiped!
The area where the apar**ent is located is a local residential area, which is quite far from the center of Copenhagen, and there are very few transportation options, which is very inconvenient!
The service is basically zero. There is no front desk and no one to check in. No check-in information was given. I waited downstairs for an hour before I was able to check in with the help of Ctrip!

The property is in a great location and is really spacious and beautiful. It should have been lovely. However, it was a building site whilst we were there. The building was wrapped in scaffolding, and one morning we were woken at 5am by a full height crane moving into position right outside the window. The entrance and parking was blocked off due to risk of falling debris. In my opinion the property should not be bookable under these circumstances, and our holiday was ruined by lack of sleep due to the noise. We are so disappointed as this was our first trip since 2018. We contacted the property AND ******* but nobody has come back to us.

This place is great because 6 people can stay there, it’s affordable, in a good location, walking distance to the city, at the water front, easy drive out of the city, clean, modern, no carpets

WARNING! Do not rent this place as this is nothing near the description and quality is very poor. Extremely dirty and downworn apar**ent. Electric cables are hanging from the roof and overall impression seem unsafe. Customerservice only available by phone and not native speaking.

A really nice stay. Light and airy apar**ent with good space. Had a single night with girlfriends and there was everything we needed. Easy with keys in connection with check-in and check-out.

Fantastic stay in a super apar**ent! Lots of space for everyone (three children and two adults), close to everything - shopping, restaurant and city life, and easy access and info before check-in.
The only small minus was a blackout curtain that did not fit properly and thus did not shield the light.
