Very nice small hotel in the heart of coral gables. The Italian restaurant is amazing. The only thing is the key is old school key for a real room which is hard to use. But aside from that very comfortable room

We loved the personality of this small hotel. Everyone on staff we encountered was cordial, and, when we had questions, helpful. While the room and bathroom were small, they met all our needs. We prefer independent hotels such as this one over chain hotels.

Such a charming, small property with beautiful, clean rooms. Lovely decor, fridge, and service. A wonderful restaurant onsite, but fabulous food within walking distance. Great location!

Wonderful 3 day stay at this boutique European style hotel. Terrific service. Wonderful walkable location to great shops and restaurants (including Italian in the building). Don’t expect or compare to the Loews or Biltmore) - it’s not that and not trying to be. Clean, comfortable and lots of character. Will be my go to place when visiting Coral Gables in the future after staying at lots of different hotels in the area.

My wife and I were in the Coral Gables area for a wedding and decided on spending the night at this quaint boutique hotel which capped off a beautiful and romantic evening. The Hotel St. Michel hit all the marks befitting of both vintage and modern accommodations that we were hoping for within our budget on a 1 night staycation close to the venue. The staff was very nice, our bed was comfortable and the in-room amenities exceeded our expectations.

The hotel doesn’t have parking lots, it’s been a challenge to get a place to park.

The room we had was perfect. The elevator is very old fashioned and must be manned to be used but the staff was at the ready when we needed them. The room was recently renovated and the bathroom is amazing. Beds very comfortable and a/c worked great.
