Altiplanico Maipo is always charming, sort of oasis by the river.* Room of good size, nice bathroom, quiet(if you accept the river's noise...). But there are some details : - in the rooms, perhaps some renovation(the curtains are old and their fixations as in a student's room...), the door for the balcony had 3 sorts of system to close but noone efficient... - some guest scome here to hike and beginning the breakfast at 8'30-9 is too late : try to hike with 30-32 degrees... Yes, youy cans ask for a sooner breakfast but it seemeed for the staff to be a adventurous exploit...(no eggs, no ham, no cheese...some fuits and industrial yogurth and some fruits in a recipinet with ice...no postes, no bread...). the lunchbow are not bad but also prepared the evening before and one time eatied by the house's cat... No sorry for that...

Lovely place, clean, relaxing atmosphere, good food. Friendly service. Needs an effort on the maintenance side, no biggie but getting old. The attractions offered are quite limited for under 12 years old and pricey for what they are. Good for a romantic weekend.

The price we paid for a 1 night stay, does not reflect the service rendered (personnel at hotel are very keen and helpful) specially in relation with the room and food. Hot water was very unstable and low amount, my wife got very cold water for more than half of her shower. Food not a good variety to choose from, only a fixed menú per meal. El precio que cobran por estadía de 1 noche, no se refleja por los servicios entregados (el personal eso si es muy atento). Especialmente en relación a la habitación y la comida. El caudal de agua, a ratos es muy bajo, lo que causa que al agua salga fría. Mi señora se duchó más de la mitad del tiempo con agua fría. Las comidas son un menú fijo, dejando poco donde poder elegir.

Un hotel gratamente sorprendente, sus piezas , su jardín lleno de sitios para estar tranquilo , leer , disfrutar de una copa. Decoración exterior he interior muy relajante Atención del personal excelente y bien dispuesto...logro que mi descanso fuera reparador... para volver

Es un hotel pequeño en el medio de la montaña, rodeado de la naturaleza y se escucha el sonido del río. La atención es excelente, especialmente la de Luisa. Excelente diseño y decoración. Cómo recomendación, estaría bueno que instalaran aires acondicionados en las habitaciones. Además, faltan cortinas en algunas ventanas, hay mucha claridad para dormir. La comida es exquisita, podrían mejorar la porción y agregar más opciones. Podrían también agregar iluminación en el camino a las tinas.

Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños, invitado por mi pareja. Reservo una velada romántica de 2 dias, una noche con pensión completa y uso de tinajas calientes por $245.000. Llegamos a almorzar a las 14 hr y nuestro chek in fue a las 15 hr. Grande fue nuestra decepción al comprobar que fue imposible calefaccionar la habitación y que pese a nuestra reserva para hot tub a las 18 hr (nuestra reserva para cenar era a las 20 hr) , jamás se acercaron a entregarnos toallas y batas como se prometió. Decidimos retirarnos a las 18.30 hr, con el único e impreciso compromiso que deberíamos ser nosotros quienes nos contactaramos con la administración para solicita la devolución, al menos en parte, de nuestra reserva. Tanta fue la decepción, que incluso la botella de champaña de regalo quedó en su lugar sin ser abierta. Una lamentable velada romántica y celebración de cumpleaños. Para nunca más repetirlo.

No es comparable con las otras experiencias del hotel ALTIPLANICO como Isla de Pascua. Hay muchos detalles que influyen; piscina rota en un borde, hamaca rota, posaderas interiores huelen muy mal a cigarro, cobertor manchado lo que da asco, los horarios de comidas son súper rigurosos lo que afecta si andas con niños que quieren comer pero no es la hora establecida. Aparentemente faltan personas, porque nos quedamos esperando por mucho rato, un día te dan desayuno y al otro te quitan el yogurt, la palta y el plátano. Las habitaciones de arriba son súper calurosas y los niños no podían dormir. Está bien para conocerlo pero no volveríamos. Santiago un 7 en la atención y orientación al cliente.

Es un buen lugar para descansar y desconect****, una persona sola o pareja. Tal vez no para niños: menú, piscina muy profunda. Para mi, que fui solo: genial! No hay carta, un menú único, pero la comida es exquisita, ni importa que no haya carta, por lo menos para mí. Consultan si hay dietas especiales. El bar es abierto de 12 a 22 hrs. Con todo tipo de refrescos, bebidas, cervezas, vinos y tragos, que se pagan aparte.
