Lovely hotel, no issues what so ever, staff are very friendly and the food is great, had a meal at the italian restaurant last night, it was delicious. Our room, 350 is overlooking the childrens pool, perfect location, balcony is facing the sand dunes and mountains, has sun most of the day. Room is nice, very clean, rooms cleaned every other day, pool areas beautiful and clean, no issues getting a sunbed, main pool is cold but not an issue for us and to be expected for January. The main town and beach are about 15 minuts walk away, leave at the rear of the hotel though. The walk into town and beach is pleasant. There are bars and shops along the way. This is a 3 star hotel and perfectly meets our needs for a last minute winter break, we will be sad to leave and would definitely return.

Really good for a lovely break in winter. Honestly don't hesitate to come here if you want a nice stay in large rooms on an all inc basis. Plenty pools and along with a secluded one which is excellent and peaceful. You will have to look for it but it's really good The food is excellent and varied. As I always say if you don't want to try fresh fish and Spanish food there plenty British style food. Something for everyone honestly. And if you're that fussy stay on a room only basis and goto burger king everyday. Well worth the visit. Staff very friendly and drinks always poured with a smile, with the exception of the female with the purple hair who seems to pour the drinks that bit short as if she is paying for them. All in all a great hotel. Daily and evening entertainment which was great. I thought there would be nothing on so it was a very pleasant surprise. Will come here again 100%. U can hire e scooters too right outside hotel. Beach not far.

We arrived mid afternoon and our room was ready straight away. The room was clean, plenty of space with two (fairly uncomfortable) bed settees. There was a fridge, a cupboard with two cups and two glasses and that was it. We had a problem with the toilet, but that was soon resolved. Getting hot water was a bit of a challenge, it took a good minute to get hot water, what a waste! Unfortunately our room got no sun whatsoever so was dark all day. Might be brighter during the summer months. We were situated near the evening entertainment room and boy could we tell, there wasn’t much soundproofing! We had three hard plastic seats on the room front, but as we had no sun these didn’t get any use. Plenty of sun beds around the pool by the bar, sadly the sun bed towel brigade were there early on, many not to return till afternoon, or not at all on one day. Local spirit and beer was acceptable although there was an option to upgrade to international spirit brands if required. Food was comparable with other three star hotels, always freshly fried eggs and omelettes at breakfast and fish and meat cooked to order at lunch and dinner. We chose to eat late on one night and the choice and availability was limited. We ate in the Italian restaurant one evening, that was a much better experience. We were promised that the room would be serviced every two days but only had two visits during our week. The Wi-Fi was poor at best, the animation team held quizzes and bingo, well they tried, these were played on a smartphone a great option, however due to the quality of the signal had to abandon the event as there was no signal! The staff are real gems, they are all hard working, the bar and restaurant staff covering both areas, always cheerful and friendly. We came for a week in the sunshine and that was what we got, didn’t venture far so can’t comment on the local area as didn’t need to as weather was good.

We upgraded to what we thought would be a nicer room; we were mistaken. We were allocated room 203 but the bathroom needed completely ripping out. Water was leaking through the ceiling tiles, making the floor incredibly slippery (my husband did fall but thankfully no bones were broken). We were told this was because of the aircon (their solution was to switch it off completely together with the noisy extractor fan, fortunately at 20 degrees, we didn't need it). The bath was like a patchwork quilt with most of the enamel missing. The worst part was the cold shower; we complained about this twice, were told on both occasions that it was fixed. In the end, we asked guy on reception to test this and he agreed this was unacceptable and arranged for us to move rooms on day 5. I've got to say Aaron was so helpful and lovely, if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have been moved. We completed the hotel's survey during our stay to complain but no response from management! On the positive side, the new room was lovely and clean with hot water and if we had been put in a room like that our score would have been good. With regards to the rest of the hotel, the food is what you'd expect for a 3 star, plenty to eat, a bit bland and warm (but there is a microwave so you can zap your meal). We ate at the Italian restaurant twice, which is far superior to the main restaurant but mainly we ate in the town as there are many lovely bars and restaurants. The drinks are not too bad for a 3 star all-inclusive. We didn't stay in on an evening so cannot comment on the entertainment. We couldn't fault the staff, they were so friendly but I would not recommend this hotel but if you do go, I would suggest that you inspect the bathroom and check the water temperature before you unpack. Corralejo itself is a busy thriving place, lots of places to eat and drink. It took us about 25 minutes to walk into the town and on an evening, you can book a taxi at reception and there are plenty available for coming back (costs between 5 & 6 euros).

Just returned from 8 day break & got to honestly say the 07 Aloe was wonderful. STAFF; Extremely friendly & helpful FOOD; Usual hotel buffet. Always found some tasty & always hot. DRINK; All good. Although The cup can be pain - it is definitely better for the environment. ROOM; Like some parts of the hotel, it is dated. But clean & very spacious. POOLS; Look beautiful. The 1 where there are slides is heated, however the other is freezing this time of the year. Usually left our room around 9am & always got 3 sunbeds together. ENTERTAINMENT; Animation were very nice & not too pushy. Joined in the lunchtime quiz (on phone) & enjoyed. Lots of young families so a lot geared up for them (mini disco etc). Usually went out on a night, but sometimes got back as live acts were finishing & they were excellent. SURROUNDINGS; Nearby bars (inc Sports showing all footie etc). Sunset Lounge less than 10 minute walk with live band 16.30 every day but Monday. Shops & Market (arts & crafts) Sat, Sun & Thurs. And finally Corralejo! What a place - probably best resort I’ve been to for a long time. All in all had a great & would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights just after Xmas through new year, we are a family of 4 with a 6 and 4 year old, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the kids pool was great for the kids it was heated which we wasn't expecting, the food was lovely, the main dishes changed each night with the meat/fish offering but the other things stayed the same but we always enjoyed it, the room was basic and the bed in the living room area is a trundle style bed which isn't ideal, a pull out sofa bed would be much better, and possibly some cutlery and plates in the room would be good too but the room was cleaned and towel bedding changed every 2 or 3 days which was great, the kids club was good for the kids with painting/colouring and games, we didn't do the entertainment as it was a bit late for the kids only starting at 8.30 so we went into town instead, the entertainment room could be better as it feels a bit dark and uninviting but overall we had a lovely stay

Had an absolutely fabulous time, we arrived on Christmas Eve. The apartment was great, the food was amazing especially the Christmas Gala food…. Never eaten so much food in my life in a week! The staff are so friendly too. The only downside was the temperature of the pools which was freezing. We love to be in a pool whilst on holiday but unfortunately they were too cold to spend more than a few minutes in at a time. I did feel sorry for the lady who came round asking people to do water aerobics but because the water is so cold no one would go in.Other than that we had a great time. There’s lots of negatives on here like someone said it’s like a witch hunt. We had a great time!! Thank you so much.
