The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel for 10 nights 17-27 April .As previous reviews hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Spotless bedroom, great breakfast etc. The staff are the jewel in the crown, from check in ( Sharon) to checkout they are all so friendly and polite ,a credit to the hotel. A special mention to the two girls on Concierge ( Christina and Julia) who decorated our bedroom as we were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary whilst there thank you so much what a surprise ! We hope to return to this hotel in the very near future M@F C

Me and she who is in charge spent 9 nights at The Tivoli La Caleta from 9th April and really enjoyed our stay. We had previously stayed at the hotel when it was The Sheraton.The recent refurb has taken the Hotel to another level. All of the pool staff were very helpful especially Joe who organised drinks and food with great humour and enthusiasm,thank you Joe,great job mate 👍🏻Our sea view room was spot on and the hotel is a fine place to relax and unwind. Staff at the breakfast buffet were all very efficient and happy to help.We ate out almost every night so can’t comment on many of the restaurants other than The Beach Club which is very good. The Sports Bar is a fine venue,I especially enjoyed it when Newcastle United battered Tottenham Hotspur 4-0. Our only slight problem was on our second night when we tried the “alfresco bar” outside of reception.We ordered drinks which did not arrive. After 25 minutes we approached the bar manager who was talking with who we assume was a bar supervisor,to ask when we might expect our drinks. He was very dismissive and unhelpful.The poor barman was doing his best to get drinks out as quickly as he could while the manager and the supervisor stood and watched but did nothing at all to help. So we cancelled our drinks and went elsewhere.The old adage “ too many chiefs and not enough Indians “ springs to mind. That apart we had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely return.

A truly amazing hotel. So well kept and comfortable. Rooms were amazing. Food was great nothing too much trouble, thank you to the pasta chef for keeping me fed as I’m a fussy eater! Huge thanks to the amazing staff Inma & Joe a huge thank you but everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will definetly return. Thank you x

Wow! What a fabulous hotel with amazing accessible rooms. It’s such a welcome change to stay in a five star hotel where the accessible room looks and feels exactly the same as the others. They even have a wheelchair hoist to let you into the pool and what was really special was one of the lifeguards asked me if I would like to use the pool, not the other way round. When we checked in, we were given a personal welcome by the Hotel manager, Jabber and a glass of bubbles 🥂. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Imma and Joe at the pool bar. You are both a great asset to the hotel. We had a fabulous seven nights and we will definitely be back very soon.

We had the most perfect trip. This place is HEAVEN!! Everything was perfect . The rooms, the decor, the pools , restaurants and most of all the most amazing staff. They really made it just perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel over and over again

We stayed at this hotel when it was the Sheraton. What an improvement- arrived to a glass of fizz & bags taken to our room, reception staff very welcoming & friendly. Hotel is stunning inside, but very relaxing & spotless clean. A lovely shop & concierge service, sports bar, terrace bar, pool bar, & beach bar. Entertainment on the terrace every night which was relaxing & chilled. Friendly bar staff & pool bar staff, Joe was very attentive & friendly- it was nice to speak with him as he was always up for a chat. The bedrooms were beautiful & water supplied every day with turn down service, fresh towels & a chocolate 😊 The breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel with cava provided too. Pools were immaculate & towels provided, sun beds comfortable & umbrella’s provided, pool assistants helpful to assist if required. The only issue we had was trying to find a sunbed during our first few days as it was Easter Holidays & the hotel was very busy. The towel brigade were out early putting towels down, often with just a book or bag on top! The second week was better when the hotel was quieter no issues at all. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but did eat at the beach bar which was lovely, with entertainment on the Saturday. As it was quiet there was a lot of staff hovering about, with not so much to do, we booked early to see the show, but it got busier later on. All good had a fab time & even spoke to staff who we recognised from our stay 6 years ago, this was a nice experience too. Would like to return for Christmas & New Year - not sure what they have on? If there is a Gala dinner & entertainment? Will definitely return again
