Stayed for a night to attend a concert 5 mins away from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable Wished they did not have to charge for parking though. Overall a good night stay

The room was a bit outdated compared to the lobby and the parking is way over priced. When we got back to our car the garage was flooded. Other than that, very friendly service and the balcony in the room was great.

The room & hotel is very nice it’s jus far from other places like shopping malls food places if you have to take Uber it can get costly.

A very nice hotel but, absolutely no parking to begin with I couldnt even stay there because there was no parking, I had to cancel my stay and no money was refunded.

Very good and clean

The hotel air conditioning cannot be adjusted and it is cold, but everything else is good. There is a Starbucks and restaurant in the lobby. The breakfast is not much but the quality is very good. The coffee and fruit for breakfast are very good.

The hotel is old, but the infrastructure is good. I heard a lot of noise in the early hours of Sunday morning, like a party with music playing. I couldn't fall asleep. I hope the hotel can improve its management.

I checked in at midnight and there was someone at the front desk. I was touched. The room was very cold. The air conditioner didn't work even at 32 degrees Celsius. The shower water was also cold. The hygiene was OK. At 9 o'clock in the morning, an old lady came in and said that because my room was not occupied according to her registration form, was it my problem? What if I was taking a shower or something? Wouldn't it be very embarrassing?

A perfect stay. It's a 15-minute walk to South Coast Plaza. The room is comfortable and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. There is a Starbucks downstairs. There is a huge Japanese supermarket behind the hotel. There is also the famous local beef tongue rice. It is really convenient and cost-effective.

It was very clean and the facilities and amenities were excellent. I arrived late at night, but the staff were very accommodating. I'll definitely come again.

It is not very recommended, the hotel is a bit old, the hot water in the bathroom is very difficult to run, the room is relatively large but the color is dull, the sofa will be itchy after sitting for a long time, but it should be soft water, which should be affirmed, and the parking fee is 36 dollars a day. It's amazingly expensive.

Japanese food market is also nearby The location was good and it was very convenient. I will stop here again when I go to OC.
