Amonti Wellnessresort

We stayed at the Amonti for 4 nights on May 24th and can recommend it without exception. Great spa area and fantastic food. Plus excellent service from Mirella. Especially in summer, the outdoor spa area offers great places to lie in the sun with a mountain panorama.

We stayed at *****is for the long weekend of April 25th, taking a junior suite chalet for 2 adults plus a child. Arrived at the hotel, very kind reception staff, luggage unloaded and delivered to my room, 5 star hotel trea**ent. Suite as offered, very large bathroom, living area, I requested a 3' normal bed instead of the sofa bed, satisfied. The dream wardrobes, huge, I think they could accommodate clothes for a month's holiday, beautiful furnishings. Well, the dream part ends here, because then the sore points begin. Room on the 4th floor, to go down only one elevator for the entire hotel which is also used by the housekeepers during the day. Many times we went up/down on foot. The spa part, swimming pools, saunas, lounges are all in the Amonti, so it's a back and forth between corridors and stairs (this is not a criticism, just an observation). Cramped children's pools, with only 6 sunbeds per family available, those who arrive later are left standing, no staff to check anything. Large swimming pool (large, normal let's say) even without any staff. Then we move on to the truly 1 star note. The *****is restaurant is surprisingly bad, breakfast with croissants counted, I arrive at 8.30 (with a 6 year old child it's understandable) and there was one krapfen left, I ask to have more, the answer was "no, I'm finished." At 8.30 in the morning. variety of dishes the bare minimum. Afternoon buffet practically non-existent, with food adapted from the previous evening. Dinner, a complete disaster, let's start with the different menus between Amonti (much more elaborate dishes) and the *****is, then we move on to the fact that they always put a first course between the second courses (gnocchi, penne all'amatriciana, for second I expect something else) limiting the choice to meat and fish (first evening fish sticks, second evening trout, third evening cod). I don't doubt the raw materials which can be excellent, but the preparation and elaboration of the dishes is, perhaps, 3 stars, no more. I asked for an explanation as to why, they replied that they do it that way, that's it. Most of the dishes were advanced, some truly without rhyme or reason. The feeling is that they make dishes (for example 2 asparagus with ham and an indecipherable sauce) ready to use, not very elaborate. The kitchen may have received several awards, but other guests I spoke to had the exact same feeling. Excellent desserts (when compliments need to be given you have to give them) so much so that I asked for an encore. Good cellar and excellent sommelier. Lounge and sauna world on the 4th floor: dispersive environment, very few saunas, but many relaxation areas and a stunning outdoor area. Spectacular bars and places. Maybe I caught the low season (but hotel full...) given that they reopened on April 25th, but it was, overall, a disappoin**ent given the price of €2,100 for three days. I tried, but I wasn't satisfied, yes

Architecturally very beautiful structure, the design is very accurate, the staff of the beauty center is very competent. SORRY NOTES: The food was absolutely not in keeping with a 5 star hotel; it was very cheap, almost similar to a canteen. The pasta on the buffet was pre-cooked. Room service is non-existent. The temperature of the room was very low as was that of the water in the swimming pools. The spa service totally non-existent. We decided to return a day early.

Excellent structure, very hospitable, comfortable rooms equipped with everything. Towels, slippers, various soaps, chromotherapy in the shower, in the corridors you can always breathe scented and clean air. The SPA and swimming pool are excellent, the slide area very pleasant. Excellent for a totally relaxing stay, even with children in tow. Very helpful staff. the only negative note in our opinion is the kitchen. For the price paid (around 650 euros per night) I expect a kitchen up to par. Little choice, overly elaborate dishes, very sp**** lunch buffet with only one hot dish. Great choice of desserts, being in Trentino however I expected something more especially in the starters or first courses. No evening entertainment. After dinner everyone goes to bed.

We were at Amonti again in the week before Chris**as for a lovely skiing, wellness and culinary holiday and, as always, were not disappointed. The staff are still extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is outstanding and the wellness area on the top floor is super nice. What always stands out in terms of the food at A&L from our point of view is that as a vegetarian or vegan you are also offered a full menu every evening with options for the individual courses. This is not a given even in hotels of this standard. In addition to the many strengths of the hotel and the staff, skiers should also mention the good location directly opposite the valley station of the Klausberg ski area and the wonderfully empty lifts and slopes before Chris**as. We are already looking forward to our next skiing holiday at Amonti or *****is. :)

We spent a week in this magical place from all points of view. Wonderful suite with impeccable cleanliness, excellent organization from the mini club to all the existing services which are not few. Here you will find one of the most beautiful spas in Italy with breathtaking views Praise to all the efficient staff in every way, special mention to Dario (restaurant room) who immediately won us over with his great professionalism and education. It will certainly be one of our favorite destinations that we will do again with pleasure!!!
