We stayed in the motel section-room was updated and very clean! Wonderful mattress. Would stay here again!

Idk why this place gets such great reviews, it was mediocre at best.
Worst situation in terms the bathroom.
Had to store everything in the main room and walk items back and forth.
Sink ridiculous, it was so small the water was running onto the floor.
No maid service.
Ceiling fan was too loud and strong to turn on.

The room was clean and nice. The problem was the A/C unit was so loud when the heat did turn that it kept waking me up. I finally unplugged the unit but had to turn it back on because it was so cold in my room! I could not find any blankets but Denise said they were above the microwave. I did not see them and was not told prior to renting the room that is where they were! I even played her a recording of the unit. I had to put on more clothing to try and keep warm. The A/C needs to be replaced. It's OLD and used up! She said they have had other complaints. I will not ever stay there again.

Keep in mind this is an old hotel that has been updated with great intention and thoughtful. I loved the antique and refurbished bathroom door; it had a mail slot and privacy glass. The room included modern technology for phone charging and television. For which I was grateful, as I forgot my adapter for my phone cord.

Best value in cottonwood, great location, clean rooms. Wish the windows had sound glass though so it was quieter.

We loved the walk ability to every thing we needed. The inn was cozy. I would recommend a room on the 1st floor which open to a nice courtyard. Quiet, comfortable and a reasonable price.

It was in the middle of the cute town of Cottonwood and very convenient to places to eat. Liked the courtyard.

Pros-reasonable price accommodation. Older reatored location with nicely remodeled rooms.
Downtown location in walking distance to wine tasting rooms and cafes.
Cons-rock hard beds. Don’t book on the second floor—the stairways are steep, tight, and have small treadways.
