Shower wasn’t working, I have called many time and nobody showed up, I was calling to front desk and nobody answered so I gave up, very bad service

Checked in all great with staff. Original Room given AC. Was not cooling. Requested a new room and ve staff was great to switch me out. An inconvenience, but it was seamless. The pool very hazy, tiles in pool looks like it had or has soap scum and dirty. That department needs improvement. Overall, my stay was great due to the staff at reception desk !

The staff was very helpful and friend very clean hotel the free breakfast and a restaurant/ bar was a plus it was located I the heart of everything rooms were sound proof and dark drapes so I could sleep late I was able to do my Landry I have nothing bad to say at alone got so good relaxing rest bed felt awesome will stay again if I travel that way again total happy with the choice I made to stay there a week

The property really needs a upgrade, AC makes noise the whole night, closet was broken, faucet in bathroom leaks all day and night.
Staff is not friendly. (besides the housekeeping)

Problem with shower nozzle and electrical outlet by sink. Other than that it was clean, had a good breakfast and was very safe. Would stay again for sure. Great value for the price.

As soon as I checked in, it was a below average experience. I pre checked in but for some reason, it took a lot longer than it should have to check in. When I got to my suite, it felt like a cheap hotel. The bed didn’t seem clean. The couch was ok but a bit noisy. Overall, this experience wasn’t that great. I’ve booked here plenty of times before and never had such a disappointing stay. I might have to reconsider coming back here.
