We recently had a stay on Sunday 5thof May. All staff were excellent from Terrace Lounge, Swifts Bar and the Spa where we recieved great trea**ents. Special mention to Derek and Sean, the 2 lads who were working during the night. We had an issue with our electricity but Derek fixed it after we blew a fuse in our room and Sean had come to our for keeping us filled up with ice on numerous occasions. Looking forward to another visit and would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future 👍

Imagine arriving at a 4 star hotel and having to manage a hotel luggage cart on your own while the sole front desk gal watches you? Then you go to your room to find the AC sounds like an espresso machine being fired up- attendant comes and tells you - just the AC. Offers a move which we accept because the room was poorly cleaned . Pack up all our stuff- no help offered. New room - huge stains on carpet. Next day - breakfast - no tea pots for table, no espresso, tea has been sitting brewing for hours. Hot water available but few tea bags. Ok - last try- book in for dinner - check the menu- reasonable prices - guess what- they only have a fixed menu - only a few things available . Soup cold - fish portion - tiny. I tried to like you. Oh and when went back to the room - keys no longer worked- One good thing- the Spa . Eimear was a gem.

Had an absolutely lovely experience at the Hotels River Spa. Had a trea**ent by the lovely Caitlyn who was an absolute joy and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the hotel and it's Spa facilities to anyone looking for a relaxing break away.

I had the best massage ever with Ugne, she listened to what I wanted and done her best to relieve the pain in my shoulder. Not only did she do an amazing massage she was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Ugne for trea**ents in this beautiful spa.

Just back from a fantastic golf trip to Knightsbrook. The hotel was great, rooms were large and very comfortable but it was the golf that blew us away!! Kate who helped book the trip was very professional and I cannot thank her enough for all her efforts. Emma in the pro shop was a joy and that welcoming smile was a great way to start off. The course was in superb condition and you'll do well to find better greens in Ireland (hats off to all the green staff after the rain we've had in the past months). Well worth a visit

everything was so beautiful, clean. we had a wonderful time there. the staff was so helpful with any and every thing that we needed. the grounds were impecable!!! so manicured , so lovely. the food was great. it was so wonderful, and beautiful, we felt slightly out of place, but the staff made us feel as if it were our home!!! thank you Knightsbrook, you were a wonderful part of our 23rd anniversary trip to Ireland.

I got a back, neck and shoulder massage today in the River Spa from Kellie and it was absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed after a few weeks working on a thesis so I had a LOT of knots in my back, Kellie managed to work them out and just provided such a lovely, relaxing experience. Couldn’t recommend any higher, thanks so much Kellie!

We were booked through Love Irish at Knightsbrook Hotel & Golf Resort. There are a few shout outs for staff there. Miriam at the front desk as a life saver. We must have underestimated how far Trim was from the Dublin Airport, about forty-five minutes, turns out no taxi was interested in taking us there early in the morning. Miriam got on the phone and tracked down a ride with our wonderful driver, Michael, a local. When she heard we would miss breakfast by leaving so early, she personally fixed us a large bagged breakfast. Miriam is the best! Another shout out for the Jurgita at the spa, who delivered the best massage ever. Other good points are free parking, swimming pool, and lovely grounds. Our room was airy and elegant. Housekeeping was super. The only real issue was the Terrace Dining, which was the only place we could go for lunch and supper since the pub was closed. Our server when we went down both times couldn't understand us--and mixed up our order. Service was slow and often there was dropping of pans and glasses, several times, which was less than a restful a**ophere.(Some work could definitely be done here,) We might have stayed in the restaurant longer and order more if the a**osphere was most relaxing as opposed to a loud cafeteria.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The room I was in had the shower over the bath, not great for people with mobility issues! The bed was nice and facilities in the room were comprehensive. The pool area was enjoyable. Breakfasrs were very good, but dinners were poor.
