This was a really nice, unique hotel! The rooms are smaller than I thought, but still nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The 18th floor restaurant is a higher class restaurant with a business casual dress code. We did not know this, and went up to see it and was met with a little rudeness by an employee. We were dressed very casually for traveling but when we asked to see a menu to see if we might want to eat there, she said, “if you can afford it.” She may have been joking, but it was not professional. Otherwise, staff was very nice. Check-in was super busy and had to wait about 15 minutes, but the staff was apologetic for the wait, friendly and helpful.

I was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away.
That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room.
We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out.
When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay.
Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent .

Fifteenth year anniversary!! My husband and i went here to enjoy what was advertised; the amazing revolving steakhouse restaurant, beautiful views from the balcony, and a luxurious pool and workout area. The smell of **** filled the hotel....🤷🏻♀️ We checked in and headed to our room, but when we opened the door we both felt a chill as we noticed someone else was still staying there!! Dirty towels everywhere, bed open and unpaid, tv blasting, and even a pop in the bedside table. We told the front desk and they apologized and got us a new room. She then told us we would have free breakfast. Okay, that sounds nice at least. We get settled into the new room and decide we are ready to go to the restaurant. When we got there they told us they were all booked....umm.... huh? I paid top notch for this hotel for this restaurant!! Okay.... moving on.... so we decided to find the pool, believing since it was advertised that it would be open. It was completely drained and out of order!!! Alright, not i’m not having fun so what should we do? Too late so we stayed but we will NEVER EVER stay in this hotel EVER AGAIN... There was a lot more but i am ending it there...

I thought the rooms and facilities were old, but at this price it was totally okay. I was impressed by the lady at the reception with her very good customer service.

The hotel was very dated had to pay $7 a night to park. The breakfast was very expensive even tho they said they offered a discount they didn’t. It smelt like a 70s cargo van in the halls. I booked two nights at diffrent times and had to pay a $50 dollar a night convince fee that will be refunded to me in 2 weeks. There’s just a lot of hidden fees they don’t tell you about. Plus the pillows suck and house keeping didnt clean our room so I had to ask for fresh towels. Will not be staying in this hotel again

Beautiful view but the hotel is outdated and worn. Room had a sewer smell from the bathroom. Some fixtures didn’t work well. Had to do some negotiations and book online for a better price and room. $7 per night parking fee that wasn’t told up front. Free coffee was out. Restaurant ok for breakfast but eggs were cold.

When we checked in got into the room, the thermostat wasn’t working, we got that addressed and then the heater wasn’t heating the room, we mentioned that to the front desk staff and it wasn’t addressed so the hotel room was exceedingly chilly compounded by the low temps outside.

Looking at photos, the hotel looked amazing. When we arrived it was dark outside already so the hotel was lit up. It was beautiful. The lobby and restaurant are updated but the rooms aren’t. It’s a choice hotel(which we didn’t know before booking) and it looks like a choice hotel. The rooms are outdated. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Trash was under the beds and on the desk area. The bathroom is outdated as well and very small. I won’t be back.
