Several blocks away from the waterfront tourist area , this small local hotel is simple and barely obvious from the street. We booked through 800 327-1200. Bilingual manager is most pleasant and helpful. Bed wonderful; bathroom, TV, A/C, modern. Great nearby family-run neighborhood restaurant features fresh seafood, including conch. Taxi drivers at airport had to confer among themselves about location; one stepped up as he knew the nearest intersection.

The hotel is located ca. 1.5 km from the Ultramar ferry terminal at one of Cozumel‘s main streets. The room was clean and nicely equipped, separate bed and bath rooms. A few good places for breakfast and dinner quite close to the hotel (Casa Mission, Taqueria El Pique). Staff has nice ideas where to go, eat, drink etc. The don’t serve breakfast.

Shower wouldn’t drain. I was given the wrong room. Stayed for 1 night and left. Still got charged. The shower situation was dangerous thought I would slip and fall. ******* or the hotel did not help

So they didnt have a fridge or a microwave, no shower curtains and the shower had a very bad stream. Also they made me change rooms after a few days. i will not be staying here ever again.

Wurde nachts ausgesperrt, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war und die Eingangshalle zugesperrt war.
Daher musste ich mir eine Ersatzunterkunft besorgen

Das Zimmer war etwas heruntergekommen. Das Bad aber top modern. War ok für den Preis aber da es eher etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt würde ich nächstes Mal ein anderes buchen.
