Toilet was leaking around the base. Bed mattresses very stiff and uncomfortable. Small ants crawling around the room. We left and went to a different hotel.

Dislikes.
Property needs upgrade. No elevator. Rooms are basic. There is No room safe. A/C did work, but the A/C oscillating button did not function.
Likes
Location was convenient to local bars and restaurants. Area felt safe, and I could walk a few blocks to the ferry dock or to the tourist shopping area. Room does have what you need. Toilet, shower. No issues with water pressure.
There is a fully functioning refrigerator in the room. I kept water, juices and milk in the refrigerator. Large king size bed. TV in the room had almost 100 channels, including ESPN and some were in English. Staff was super nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy.

The hotel was clean but very outdated. Pictures looked much better than reality. There wasn't even a hair dryer in the room

Clean overall. Third floor narrow stairway was difficult for us. Very limited English from lobby staff. Ants in bathroom shower and sink. Good price, close to airport.

Very good locations just blocks from the ferry and downtown and bear an awesome burrrito spot plus a refrigerator in condo to put our left overs and beers and such. It was indeed a top highlight of our stay and we’ll come back again.

Super clean and affordable, very nice staff. New AC and large rooms. Check in is super easy. Markets and restaurants and plaza all within walking distance. Pool is small and outdated. Honestly, if (1) the pool were drained and recoated and the yard was landscaped and no grass, and (2) the lobby experience / offering was a little better (nicer coffee station and snacks and décor) this could be a gem of a 4 star hotel.
