Stayed at this premier inn Was so nice as soon as I arrived at 4 pm was greeted by a lovely lady on reception smiling and chatting and ask if I needed anything just to come and see her.when I entered room there was Jamie dodgers on the side with plenty of coffee and tea sachets the bedding was a brilliant white smelt fresh mattress very comfy . And the pillows fantastic . I have stayed in many premier inns across the country and this was the best

Stayed two nights here. Room was very tired, marks on walls and soft furnishings.the room smelt musty. Bathroom was very small and had a dirty shower curtain. There was mould around the bath. We could also hear noise from other rooms. The staff were very friendly

best primer inn i have stayed in.very attentive staff.hsk was very warm and welcoming in the morning.good breakfast service in the restaurant.quiet and easy access location.wi-fi is bit issue not good signal but its work on my phone so couldn’t bother.overall very good customer service

Spent 2 nights at this Premier Inn. Was made very welcome on arrival. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was very good. Although situated on a very busy road we could hear no noise from traffic in the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful . Altogether a very good experience

We so loved our stay, the welcome we received on arrival after our long journey was so wonderful. The room was great very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, we all had the best nights sleep. Very quiet room and great for the family. Would highly recommend.

While Mabel was assisting me, a woman came over and interrupted our process with verbal aggression. Mabel remained completely polite, both with me and with the woman.Thank you, Mabel, for the care you provided and for the effort in your work.

A friendly welcome when checking in to the hotel. Nicely maintained rooms and communal spaces. Will stay again when working in the area as it was easy to park and well located. The restaurant is next door which is convenient and the whole experience was exactly what I expect from the chain.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. From check-in to check-out, the professionalism of the staff was evident in every interaction. dinner next door was a bit crap so 4/5 but great customer service in the hotel, breakfast and dessert were fine :) the actual hotel is quite attractive to the eye too from the outside. to be honest, it’s a very standard premier inn. rooms have tvs, wifi is a bit slow but that’s expected from a hotel tbh

Lots of positives. Though self check in, there was quickly a member of staff there to help out. The lovely quality of the matress and bedding made for the best nights rest I've had in a while. For both breakfast services, I felt I had my very own breakfast angel in Marcia! Though being very busy, she noticed I was looking for something specific and took the time to help me out. Greeted me the next morning, helped me further, she is naturally warm and welcoming and hard working! Thank you again Marcia!

The hotel itself is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking and all you'd expect from a Premier Inn but the walls are paper thin. We've visited three times now and each time we've been kept awake by noisy families or on the last visit, snoring from the next room. We're not especially light sleepers but the building design is so poor, if you happen to be next to an occupied room then there will be noise. We don't have a great deal of choice for hotels in the area so I honestly don't know whether we'll be back and if it wasn't for the noise it would be perfect but we never get a nights sleep. Obviously there's nothing that could be done to fix this, it's such a shame.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff, modern amenities, and spotless rooms. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. Highly recommend! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and a cozy mattress that made for a perfect night’s sleep.
