Please understand that as a budget hostel, it’s not fair to compare us to hotels, especially given our low prices. Our guests choose us for our affordability, and we have our own costs and budgets to manage as well.While our rooms may not be very large and are located on different floors, and we don’t have 24-hour front desk service, we offer a variety of room types to cater to different needs. Guests have the option to upgrade their rooms if they are not fully satisfied. Additionally, we have a professional receptionist and a lounge area to assist guests, which is often not available in hotels.We are committed to addressing our guests' needs and continually strive to improve our facilities. We are currently redecorating some rooms to better meet your expectations. Thank you for your understanding and support as we work to enhance your experience with us.

Response from Property: Thank you for your information. Our last check in time is only until 11pm. If you need us to arrange any late check in after 11pm (before 2am), please kindly note that there will be a charge of HKD300 for midnight check in fee. Please kindly notify us at least 12 hours ahead. Once confirmed by message/ email it's needed, we will then arrange extra manpower to accommodate, even if you did not come before 2am or show up the next morning in the end, we will still charge HKD300 as agreed. Response from Property: Dear guest, thank you for your comment. Tsim Sha Tsui is the center of Hong Kong with convenient transportation. There's a subway station downstairs from our hostel. Starting your travel from here is very convenient - a few minutes walk to Victoria Harbor and the giant shopping mall Harbour City. Then take the Star Ferry can be across the harbour to Hong Kong Island. That is the reason why Tsim Sha Tsui is a popular choice for many tourists. As for our hostel, it can not be compared with those costy hotels. But our hostels have the best prices in the most prime locations. As a hostel, our cost-effectiveness is very good, tourists can also save some of the cost to spend on food and shopping, and I hope to leave a pleasant impression of your trip ~!----Irene
