The first ski-in ski-out hotel I’ve ever stayed and it is soooooo convenient! Also the first club med abroad I’ve been to (I am Chinese). Cuisines they prepared for the CNY were very very delicious even though there is only one buffet restaurant (two spaces, 1 western 1 oriental). I am very picky about foods yet but was able to find 1 or 2 very yummy dishes every meal. Wine list is good, but you need to pay extra for a good wine, priced okay, like 100K JPY for a bottle of 2018 petit mouton.

International cuisine and local specialties for three meals a day all day long: There are one or two dishes with beautiful presentation for each meal. Although the taste is just average, it saves you the trouble of worrying about your diet. In addition to the three meals, there are many other things such as croissant time, afternoon tea, and midnight snack time. Basically, there is something to eat during the waking hours. Service: The staff are all very nice. After the evening performance, there will be chess and card activities to play. It is very rich and easy to make new friends. Facilities: The hot springs are average compared to other places. It is better to buy two more packs of different bath salts from donki and soak in the bathtub in the room.

Reasonable. As soon as you exit the airport (flying domestically from Tokyo), pick up your luggage and turn right. It is the clubmed counter. After registering, you can go and have dinner. Return to focus 10 minutes earlier. About 2 hours, but I encountered heavy snow and it took 3 hours. There are ********* receptionists at the front desk. There is a massage pool on the 4th floor. You must go there to soak in it after skiing. I skied for half a day after checking out, so I took a shower there before getting on the bus back to Sapporo. This hotel is directly connected to the ski resort, which is very convenient. Children under 11 years old cannot stay at the Peak Hotel. They can only choose the Grand Hotel. The dishes and environment are as shown in the picture. The ski resort has powder snow and it doesn't hurt when you fall. You need to stretch fully before skiing, otherwise your muscles will hurt the next day. One class in the morning and one class in the afternoon, all free. There is basically food and drink available all day long, so there is no need to buy snacks at the hotel.

Club Med Kiroro Peak is the best hotel I have stayed in Hokkaido so far! I have been to Niseko, Rusutsu, and Furano in the past few years, and the hotels were all pretty good. But Club Med Kiroro Peak is the best! Kiroro Peak Hotel has convenient transportation. There is a Club Med counter in the international terminal of New Chitose Airport, and you can book a bus on the spot, which takes about two hours to get to the hotel. The counter service staff are very enthusiastic and can speak multiple languages. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel is very international and the multilingual environment is very friendly. The staff service is very considerate. Cynthia was the receptionist at check-in. The hotel's meals are good, and the all-inclusive package is very worry-free. You can go to the restaurant to enjoy it when you arrive. The restaurant is divided into two main parts, one side is mainly Western food, and the other side is mainly Asian food, both of which are self-service. There are also different Chef specialty every day, which are all very good. Personally, I like Japanese seafood rice, oysters, and Rendang (a traditional Southeast Asian food). Because it was during the Spring Festival, the meals on New Year's Eve and the first day of the ***** New Year were also very special. On-site dumplings and glutinous rice balls were prepared, as well as big dishes such as lobster, and a bluefin tuna was opened on site! There was afternoon tea every afternoon, and the lobby bar also had an all-inclusive wine list that you could order at will. There were also small stalls for late-night snacks after 9 pm. In short, I was satisfied with the meals. I ate three meals a day in the hotel during the week and didn't get tired of it. During the Spring Festival, the hotel was decorated according to the traditional Spring Festival. There were evening parties at 9 pm every night, which rotated every week. There were stage plays rehearsed by the hotel staff themselves (StarLight), song medleys (Music Journey, not just a simple medley of European, American and Asian songs, but each song was accompanied by a cosplay performance by the staff, which was very funny and exciting throughout the whole process. It can be seen that the staff spent a lot of effort to prepare), etc., and there were also small bands invited to perform (we watched the One band, which was great!). The performance usually lasts for more than an hour, and there is dancing and disco after the performance. The staff invites guests to dance together. The atmosphere is very good. I am infected by everyone's enthusiasm and I always go to the performance! The general manager of the hotel, "Village Chief" Tatiana, also participated in the performance and live dance every day! Every day, the performance ended at midnight. Skiing during the day and dancing at night are really high and tiring. But the staff still serve the guests enthusiastically every day. I really admire their professionalism! Thank you! Finally, let's talk about skiing. The ski slopes at Kiroro Ski Resort are good, and the powder snow is as good as always. We also went to the grove and the cable car, which is a good challenge. Most of the black slopes are non-machine-groomed ski slopes, and we did cat jumps, which is very challenging. The weather was OK this week. The last two days had heavy snow, the temperature was not too low, it was relatively warm, and the wind was not strong, which gave me good sliding conditions. When I came to Hokkaido before, skiing was the most core experience, but this time at Kiroro Peak, it should be said that skiing and hotel experience each accounted for 50%. This hotel really left a very deep impression on me. The hotel is truly a ski-in, ski-out hotel, and is the closest to the foot of the mountain. Our ski locker is right outside the door, and the ski field is only ten meters away! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel. Ski in & out resort hotel, I have to say that staying in a hotel to ski is indeed convenient. I booked two nights, originally one day at Peak and one day at Grand, but later changed to two nights at Peak. But the decoration of the hotel is equivalent to Best Western abroad ※※Special mention※※We checked in on the 18th, and booked a bus to the airport on the 20th with the front desk that night. The front desk asked us to ask if there were seats the next morning. When we asked the next morning, we asked to confirm with the front desk again in the afternoon. We went to confirm again in the afternoon, but they said they would reply to us in the evening. When we asked again in the evening, we were told that it was full. Then, I would like to ask if I had a seat reserved on the first night or not? Or is this seat not allowed for us to book and is reserved for others? If you don’t want to book it, just tell us earlier so that we can arrange it, but don’t tell us Later, we called a car by ourselves, and after checking out, they didn’t ask if we were satisfied with the stay! The overall service is poor in Japan. These things are generally a poor experience!

Ski in ski out is so convenient. You can lock your locker, change your gear, and walk down the stairs to the ski resort. Although the food is less varied than the Grand next door, it is definitely good. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables, which is rare in Japan. Five-star recommendation. You can make a reservation at the front desk to eat Japanese hot pot at the Grand, and try the buffet there. However, I was very relaxed here. I was a little uncomfortable when I went there. There were so many children running around and it was a bit noisy. This time I brought my 14-year-old son with me, and he also had a lot of fun. The ski instructors were very professional and patient. There was a group lesson without other people, which was equivalent to a two-hour private lesson. In short, it was a very memorable ski vacation.

Overall it was very good, but unfortunately there was a blizzard and the ski resort was closed.
