nice hotel with lots of parking, Dinner and breakfast good, Receptionist very polite and professional.

The staff were all extremely friendly and that includes the member of staff in the gym.
The food was very good from the Ripleys restaurant and breakfast was served fresh and hot.
The gym was well equipped.
My room was clean with an easy to use heater.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it greatly. The staff were very welcoming. the room was great as was the food, the evening meal was excellent. There was also plenty of good service at the bar. I must also commend the excellent service at breakfast.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable room and great bed. We ate in Ripleys Restaurant and food was really lovely. The only comments are that the room wasn’t serviced when we arrived and younger waiting staff really need some customer service training.

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and good room. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again in the future.
