Lovely big hotel. Had a delicious 3 course dinner and a great all you can eat buffet breakfast, all included in the price. Hotel is a bit dated but bed and pillows were very comfy and bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with good water pressure. I would say the only thing that lets it down is that the car park is a bit small for the amount of rooms that the hotel has

Great hotel, would defo stay again, rooms were nice and the facilities were great.

I was a little worried when I saw a lot of bad reviews at first, but when I went there I found it was a great deal. The room was very nice, and there was a small door inside, which the kids loved. It happened to be snowing, and the environment was really great. The attitude of the service staff was very good. I didn’t have breakfast on the first day and ordered 15 pounds per person on the second day. It was more cost-effective to order directly on the platform. The location is relatively remote and suitable for driving by yourself.

Hotel service attitude is very good

The DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort Hotel in Cumbernauld was lovely and Staff were very helpful and friendly and location was great too! Perfect!

Had a nice time hotel was lovely clean tidy staff very friendly. Only thing was reception didn’t tell us what time breakfast was served or whether we had use of spa facilities during our stay but otherwise everything was great

Facilities were wonderful, pool, spar etc. The disappointing thing about the overnight stay was the price of the food to the amount you get served. Massively overpriced menu and I travel the country staying in hotels weekly due to work to know.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Very strict about booking a table for dinner and won't let you sit down to eat even if 3 quarters of the tables are empty if you haven't made a reservation. Food prices quite high for the quality.

Great 2nite stay , service a bit slow on first nite but tbf there was a large group staying at the same time as our visit. Weekend was everything we wanted it to be

Good location for visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh via nearby train stations. Some good eating places in Cumberland.

Lovely room, spacious and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great - clearly recently renovated, although the shower head was leaking from the join. Unfortunately the pillows were very soft and there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs and affected my sleep. The restaurant was very delicious, however it was fully booked for Saturday night and with the lack of other options around the venue i didn't get to eat that night at all
