The entire courtyard has a really stylish layout. Our family room was quite spacious, and the attention to detail was impressive. They even provided disposable tub liners, so we could enjoy a relaxing, worry-free bath. The kids were absolutely thrilled!

The service was excellent, and the environment looked exactly as advertised. It was also incredibly convenient that we could register our car for direct access to the scenic area.

We stayed here on a family trip. The hotel boasts a lovely atmosphere with a chic, creamy-toned decor. What really impressed us was how incredibly dog-friendly they were, especially towards small breeds, even providing some complimentary treats!

Had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The host was incredibly welcoming and warm, and even treated us to some delicious scones. They were absolutely divine, even better than what you'd buy at a bakery! The bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise too – all Shiseido products.

Conveniently located very close to West Lake, it's perfect for an evening jog. The courtyard is wonderfully sunny during the day, and beautiful for stargazing at night. It offers a truly comfortable and healing atmosphere. They also serve delicious coffee and scones. The overall environment is fantastic, and all amenities are spotlessly clean.

Great service! The French-inspired design is fantastic and very Instagrammable. It's associated with the café across the street, and both spots are popular for photos. They have a wonderful large suite – I'll definitely book that for my next stay.

This guesthouse is fantastic. Firstly, its location in the 'upper' part of Siyanjing is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to visit West Lake and Hupao. The community itself has a unique artistic flair, blending sophistication with a lively, local charm. Secondly, the guesthouse is built into the hillside, cleverly incorporating views at every turn and creating an interesting sense of space—it's much more than just that trendy, internet-famous cafe. Thirdly, the guesthouse management is excellent; they are incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and enthusiastic. Parking and EV charging facilities are quite limited in Siyanjing, so we're especially grateful for the guesthouse's help, which made things immensely convenient for us, being unfamiliar with the area. Highly, highly recommended!

My experience at this homestay was truly wonderful. The moment I stepped into the courtyard, I felt an instant sense of peace and calm; every casual photo looked Instagram-worthy! They offered complimentary scones, which were incredibly soft, rich, and fragrant, instantly melting away all my travel fatigue. The bedding was wonderfully soft against the skin, and the pillows were Mlily 0-pressure memory foam, ensuring ultimate comfort. The bathroom was also equipped with premium aromatic toiletries – truly, attention to detail was impeccable. Its location is also excellent, being very close to popular attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The room was spacious with a really unique design. The front desk staff was super friendly, even upgrading our room and giving us great recommendations for nearby hiking spots. The complimentary scones were also delicious. Their cafe across the street is incredibly photogenic.

Accustomed to staying in star-rated hotels, this was my first time choosing a guesthouse because I was traveling with my dog, and it completely shattered my preconceived notions about them. The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. It's incredibly convenient for visiting attractions like Lingyin Temple, Hupao Spring, West Lake, and Yanggong Causeway. The surroundings are beautiful, nestled amongst the mountains. The room was wonderful, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and this hospitality extended to our pet dog without exception. They even contacted us in advance to share helpful information such as parking directions and nearby dining recommendations. All in all, it was a truly perfect experience.

I was really happy with my stay at this hotel in Hangzhou! The room was clean and comfortable, with good quality toiletries. The lobby was beautiful and stylish, perfect for photo opportunities. Most importantly, the service was fantastic! They even brought us some complimentary pastries for breakfast the next day, and gifted us several packets of Shifeng Longjing tea when we checked out. Such a thoughtful gesture! Oh, and a tip: if you're staying here, definitely make time to visit the coffee shop across the street – it's actually affiliated with the hotel. The coffee is delicious, and everything is beautifully presented!

I started my hotel search a month ahead of time and ultimately chose You Shan Ting Yuan. What initially drew me to it was that it's also a very popular cafe, a common "check-in" spot for many visitors. After checking in, I found the hotel itself to be excellent. It was very clean and featured a lovely small courtyard. The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions like Taiziwan Park and Hupao Spring, all within walking distance. If you're not in the mood to walk, public transport nearby is also very convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. As I had a longer stay, they even provided complimentary desserts and drinks. Any questions or issues I had were always promptly addressed and resolved. Upon checking out, they even gifted us several packs of Longjing tea. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely choose this place again on my next visit. 😊

A truly wonderful stay! I happened to visit Hangzhou during the plum rain season, which meant I spent more time at the hotel than at the scenic spots. Thankfully, the warm smiles from the front desk staff made even the rainy days feel much brighter. I loved being able to enjoy coffee on the veranda and watch the beautiful pomegranate tree outside the hotel's cafe from my room. It's fantastic that the cafe is actually part of the hotel. Plus, having Hupao Spring water in the room for brewing tea was such a thoughtful and unique touch!
