Nice budget hotel, hotel 10min walk distance from XiCun metro Room is clean and have good XiaoAi voice control assistant.. ease for light, curtain on and off

Nice stay at super8 hotel by Wyndham. Definitely will stay next time. Mengyun is really helpful at the front desk.

Room is bright enough. AI xiao du is a surprise to voice remote some facilities.

Conveniently located very close to Xicun subway station, I navigated here and found it nestled within a residential compound. Having stayed at Super 8 hotels in other locations, I found them to be reliable budget options with decent decor. This particular Super 8 even features a voice-controlled smart system, which felt very modern and pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. I had a minor issue with the showerhead, and when I inquired about changing rooms, she patiently and thoughtfully showed me available rooms and even offered a room upgrade. However, I ended up staying in my original room because I liked it, and the problem was easily fixed by replacing a small component. Upon check-out this afternoon, they kindly reminded me to take two bottles of water. A staff member also very enthusiastically helped me with my luggage, carrying it outside and up the sloped steps. These thoughtful touches, big and small, truly deserve high praise!
