At first they put us in a room with a door shared with the room next door, and we had to ask to change because we could hear absolutely everything! However, the hotel changed the room immediately, without any questions asked. The hotel is modern and very well located. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The breakfast is good quality and varied. The staff is helpful and friendly.

My daughter and I were some of the first guests in this new hotel. We were blessed by the fantastic setting, the incredible food, and mostly the caring staff. My wife was in a Cusco hospital. My son reserved this hotel with his many Hilton points, but from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and made a member of their family. We spoke with the Manager every day, the wait staff were all super helpful, and the front desk clerks, especially Angela, were always looking for ways to help us. They were our friends and they all cared about my wife, who they had not ever met. If you are going to Cusco, you would be lucky to stay here.
