Run by a married couple. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the square in Cusco. However, it is on a hill and at a high altitude, so the air is thin, so keep that in mind. You can also take a shared bus from the airport to the square (if you have the energy, energy, and peace of mind). However, there was no hot water in the shower at first. Because of this, I had to contact her husband, who runs the hotel, every time, which was inconvenient. The staff was friendly. I also like that they provide tea 24 hours a day. The location is a little inconvenient because you have to go up a narrow road from the square. The Wifi was unstable when I stayed there.

El alojamiento está cerca a la plaza mayor de cusco, la recepción no fue buena, existe a disposición.ate de coca pero los utensilios no están limpios y hay ruido de otras habitaciones, no hay calefacción ya que las noches son frías, pero por el precio está aceptable.

We waited for an hour at the front door when we wanted to check in, nobody was there. Another Hostel guest helped us out after a while and called the owner so we could get our room. Later, we got asked twice if we want our room to be cleaned during our stay, we denied twice. They came into our room anyways when we weren't there. They made the bed but they also took some of our personal items that were on the bed, that we bought in Cusco. We sadly noticed one day later but never got a response from them again.

The room was ok but had no sink per the description when booking. Note that there is no water in the evenings after around 10 pm until 4 am. Room was clean and bathrooms were less clean. Showers had hot water and the beds had warm blankets which is needed in winter time. The hotel is located very close to the bar street which is pretty loud in the evenings.
