The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the airport. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I am my friend come here very often. The can go everywhere because this hotel is located at the center of the city.

Good hotel

The receptionists were so nice, helpful, quick when i needed srervices, breakfast was good, everything was in place. The only downside was that there were no near convinient store... But i could walk to the Sun Wheel or to the Dragon Bridge! Recommand this place!

I didn't expect much from the breakfast, but there weren't many varieties, but the rice noodles and porridge were especially delicious. The staff were friendly and I stayed for 8 people, and there were no problems with drainage, air conditioning, or bedding. The location is good, close to Lotte Mart, and there is a shuttle to the airport, so it's convenient. I did it~

The pool is clean and the view is so pretty, but the staff are a bit unfriendly. It wasn't far from the airport and it was close. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi.

호텔 너무 노후화되었고 특히 창문이 없습니다 바닥이나 침대 어석거림 있어 찝찝합니다. 주변에 갈만한 식당 카페 없어서 전부 택시타고 나가야 됐어요 그리고 단체 관광객들 있어 시끄러워요

Well, the rooms are big, with a nice view, and the breakfast was very good with Asian and Western dishes to chose from and so was the service (we got an early check-in and later check-out for free) and for the price we paid it was very good. However, I would like to point out one thing: Especially for older people like me, a handrail to help them manage the steep steps in front of the entrance would be a great help.

Unfortunately this hotel promised a lot but was very disappointing from the time we arrived. Eleven very steep steps at the front with no handrail. Fortunately I could enter through the basement, but this really is not good enough. Staff were mostly very poor and none seemed to speak any English. They seemed to focus on Vietnamese guests only. The hotel facilities are great but there was no restaurant or bar open during our stay. Breakfast was good but mostly catering for Asian. Room was very good with lovely view. Probably just needs some new staff and definitely a handrail added to the very steep entry steps.

If you want to choose a hotel that is number 1 in pushing responsibility when supporting customers, Minh Toan is the perfect choice for you. 1 star because the staff attitude is so poor. If I have to admit my mistake. The first mistake should be admitted to the board of directors. Then the human resources department error. Did not properly train and thoroughly educate employees on customer service attitudes.
