The service was good,clean room and in the front desk they are very approachable...only the internet was not good....but all in all it was very good

The location is fine. Taxi can manage to drop/pick you. There is a parking fee which is very disappointing charging us too much. Regarding the cleanliness, what to expect for an old bldg. Molds and cockroach are everywhere. Good thing is there toothbrush & soap available.

We choose to stay here while waiting for our flight, i will say same things as my previous comments and reviews about this hotel, yes its cheap but its worth ur money. Convenient an easy to access market, convenience stores, malls, fast foods. Receptionist and staffs were all accomodating and friendly.

We had a WORST experience with RedDoorz near Pasay Rotonda. We booked a quadruple room but the receptionist insisted that their system says we booked one room that is only good for 2 people. Even if I showed him the email confirmation clearly stated that it is a room good for 4 people, he's still demanding for us to add another 1000 to avail the room we booked already, and the receptionist blaming us for not checking properly before we book the room. It took us 30 minutes to resolve the issue that their system had an error. Aside from that, there is a cockroach in their comfort room. POOR SERVICE AND SANITY, I DON'T RECOMMEND.

The place is clean and quiet. Perfect rest from a busy day.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

The frontdesk not friendly,very noisy early in the morning someone running in the stairs,the room is not clean the walls in bath room,the bed sheets and linen smell not good and very itchy ,thank you

The place isn't safe for the costumer ,I saw someone sleep outside in hotel.

I don’t recommend this place😅, i was assigned on the 5th floor and to my surprised NO ELEVATOR😁. But if you want a cheap and near MOA then maybe you can try and be surprised

Cleanliness is next to Godliness i suggest the management must implement daily sanitize or disinfect of their receiving area, rooms and toilet by using chlorine. Aircon must be clean too possible every 15days or twice a month. i found the filter is filled with dirt. Towel turn to dark and they too use chlorine to kills germs too! No toilet paper, no kettle, no mug no glass. During rainy days i fould water in the wall coming from the ceiling, also ouside our room stock up water and the stairs are wet too!

The staff were helpful and brought our luggages upstairs since they don’t have elevators. Checking and checkout processes were smooth.
