訂房時確定14點入住，前台給鑰匙卡，進房間裏面竟然有人！此為一錯。
找前台，一直拖到14:40多也無法給入住，直至投訴給攜程才給辦理，此為二錯。
前台態度惡劣，完全沒經過職業培訓，讓人生氣，此為三錯。
