簡直太滿意了酒店地理位置很好在洱海邊上自建房真的住的太舒服了讓我有一種家的感覺而且裝修很好真的太太太太乾淨了老闆也超級熱情！！老闆老闆娘非常好有什麼需求跟他説而且前台小姐姐也特別好我下回來還住這裏離文筆村很近而且老闆自己也經營生意我們找他買茶給的價格非常親民最重要的是可信任茶也非常好

差評純給打掃阿姨。因為民宿老闆根本就不在店裡的電話遙控打掃阿姨。一入住問她什麼都是一臉嫌棄你付你説話我聽不懂的樣子什麼也不知道。那我們也忍了後面一天早上八點就問我們退房嗎退到話就早點走。真的離了大譜了。最後我都要退房了打算吧半乾的衣服放進洗衣機打掃烘一會省的沒幹放箱子裏她不知道是因為我們沒有按她要求早點退房直接把我的衣服給我從新洗了我下樓打開洗衣機人都傻了全部是濕光了最後終於爆發和阿姨吵了一架避雷入住了要小心這個阿姨早上八點叫你起來退房要不耽誤她洗床單

房間乾淨整潔，新裝修沒多久，下午躺床上就可以曬太陽，看雪山，門口的露台幾乎沒用因為這時間段風太大，露台看景色還是很美的，斜對面有個不為人知的肚子山，是突出在洱海的一個小山頭，景色美，幾乎沒人，可以盡情享受，然後步行可以到的羅荃寺，滿園的多肉和花花，清凈，雅緻，非常好，還有素齋吃，海東景區適合自駕，因為交通不便，衹有觀光大巴和客運車。掃碼的電動車，自行車理想邦往北幾乎沒有。老闆人很好，看我們沒有車開車送我們到景點，還早晨六點多送到火車站，非常感謝！

震驚，剛剛點開這家店的評價，看見有個差評都無語了！不知道差評怎麼來的……我跟朋友住下來感受真的很好，像在家裡一樣放心，這個老闆很實在的一個人，冰箱裏飲料隨便拿了喝，你要什麼給什麼，都不要問要錢。房間也非常衞生乾淨，我是有輕微潔癖的人，枕芯我都檢查了，沒有任何污漬異味。老闆説節假日也從來不漲價，是他們自己家的房子。而且晚上隔音也很好，在巷子裏面是聽不到外面的汽車聲，也聽不到其他顧客的聲音。而且問老闆有什麼推薦，親自吃了都很好吃，比我在昆明吃的味道還好吃，沒有踩雷，不像有的拿回扣昧着良心瞎推薦！這個價錢已經遠超於實際體驗了，總之一切都很滿意，入住了就知道了
