第一次租雙層大房子，為安排孩子生日聚會，孩子們都非常快樂，玩的很開心。衞生比有名連鎖店還高，給點贊。唯一個小問題是有點冷，但是這個問題不大。
服務水平最佳的，對客人的態度太棒了，用心幫助，六星好評👍

小區環境也不錯，綠化很好。前面有個湖。走走到大路就到塔河灣了。電梯比較小，上來房間好找，貼着紅紅的對聯。密碼鎖。進去房間很乾凈、温馨。設施齊全。兩張大床。床品乾淨。有投影儀。wifi網速很好。陽台觀海。很滿意的一次入住。靠近快軌，並沒有什麼噪音。

為了看到山和海而來，之前提前跟房東聯繫了海湖雙景房，到了之後，房東老弟主動來接，熱情地和我們聊天，就像自己家的親弟弟，並且把自己的私人車位留給我們停車。到了房間之後，驚艷到了我，海景湖景盡收眼底，躺在床上就可以看到海，最理想是睡覺的時候非常安靜，對於年齡大，睡眠不好的人真是幸福。套房是開放式廚房，有免費的廚具，老闆還提供了各種調料，小露台對於我這個迷戀海景的人是大愛。浴室乾濕分離，有全自動洗衣機，住到這套房子裏有回家的感覺。

下次還會來！房間乾淨 設備齊全 房間通透很舒服 家裡一樣很親切，老闆很nice車接車送，剛到第一天大雨我們在附近餐館老闆帶了雨衣來接我們，附近8號餐廳很舒服 小孩長者吃飯都很棒，還有對面海灘游泳池 侏羅紀恐龍園 超棒的海邊遊樂場！晚上還有煙花 門票**19.8能玩兩天～

老闆太好了，大連老鐵給力！是我住過的最棒的民宿，衞生甚至比酒店還好，床品特別舒適休息的很好，地點也好找就在小區第一棟樓停車方便，去塔河灣很近，長者和孩子都特別滿意，樓下還有小超市。屋裡老闆給準備了n多東西（具體啥自己去體驗哦），可以用的東西都有多種選擇，想喝可樂喝可樂，想喝礦泉水喝礦泉水，毛巾拖鞋……真是太用心了，非常感謝，強烈推薦朋友們入住，性價比絕對超出你想象！

九月送孩子一家八口來順便玩幾天，房間夠大四室躍層，面朝大海，非常滿意。老闆還贈送了可樂和水，房間乾淨衞生，一次性洗漱用品齊全。服務態度還非常好！下次去準備還住這。

非常棒的一次入住體驗，房間乾淨衞生，裝修的也挺温馨，床很舒服，被子柔軟温暖，孩子都喜歡上人家的被子了，小區可以開車進地下車庫，空閑的車位很多，門衞也很好溝通，登記一下就能出入！
