A treasure homestay with an excellent location, only three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from Xinghai Square along the coast. The sanitary environment and decoration are quite unique, and the service is warm and thoughtful. I went there with the elderly, and the service staff immediately came to the outside of the store to greet and help. The room is warm, stylish, and very sanitary, and comes with snacks, drinks, and mineral water. The indoor facilities are all big brands, smart toilets, hair dryers, etc. The mattress is very comfortable and the details are in place. The most worth mentioning is his sky garden, which is also my father’s favorite place. The view of the sea and the mountains is beautiful, which can be called a must. You can take a big movie [grin] You can be in a daze here or drink some coffee, drinks, and wine, blow the sea breeze, listen to light music, and enjoy it. I don’t want to go anywhere else. The boss is also a sincere person. The management and the quality of the employees here are enough to prove that he is operating with heart. The decoration of the B&B is quite good, and it is close to the beach. But for a room rate of over 1500, there is a bathtub but no bath salts, and you have to spend 20 yuan to buy bath salt balls; breakfast is not self-service, but you only have two options of boiled water and tea, and the coffee machine on the bar is for sale, 38 per cup, and the staple food is a bowl of meat wonton and a steamed bun, which is not friendly to vegetarians. As a result, I only had a steamed bun for breakfast and drank some hot water. The service is a bit far from the room rate of 1540.

The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy, with artistic decoration, advanced equipment, good brands such as Dyson and TOTO, and a good location, just a few steps to the beach, a few hundred meters to Xinghai Square, and the cross-sea bridge is right in front of you. Excellent service. Worth recommending.

This is a treasure homestay by the sea. It has complete basic facilities, clean and sanitary conditions, a good environment and thoughtful services. These points are perfect. The layout of the room and the terrace on the top floor accurately hit my aesthetic taste. What is more worth mentioning is that the perspective of this homestay room is the same as that of a castle. The equipment inside the house is relatively high-end (it's the first time I've stayed in a homestay equipped with a Dyson hair dryer, haha). The only problem is that the bedside lamp is a bit too dazzling. It's very close to Xinghai Square and there are many restaurants around. I hope the price won't increase. The sound insulation effect is excellent. The door is particularly heavy and quiet. The room facilities are particularly complete, and the hair dryers are all Dyson. Especially the bedding and bathroom are first-class. I recommend this B&B very much.

This homestay is my second impression of Dalian. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are enthusiastic, patient and meticulous. No matter how late it is, I ask for water, add quilts, press guardrails, ask if there are places to eat breakfast around, etc., and within five minutes, a very detailed reply will come, or the things will be delivered. The room is also very clean, the facilities are relatively new, and the cleaning is also quite timely. It’s just that the water in the room is replenished with two bottles each time. It is recommended that the store can replenish it according to the number of people staying in the room. However, if you contact the front desk to ask for a few more bottles, they will deliver them quickly. The overall experience of staying here is very good. Next time I go to Dalian, I will choose this place first~
