酒店乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，帶家裡長者出門旅遊最要緊的是吃住，酒店地理位置也好，去中山廣場和南山風情街都很方便，去各個景點交通也方便，基本坐公交車或有軌電車就可以到。附近就有早餐店，很贊。前台服務員素質高，有問必答，為我們提供了許多幫助，感謝🌹

週末來大連辦事，在寒冷的冬天，房間的空調吹出來的暖風很温暖，很舒服，房間收拾的乾乾淨淨的，前台同學服務態度非常的好，保潔阿姨也很有禮貌。房間設施都很全面，尤其是洗手枱上的洗手液，味道很好聞。下次來大連還會選擇

設施：設施非常新，新開業的，尤其淋浴水壓特別充沛，洗澡很舒服，衞生間超大
衞生：衞生很乾凈，新開業的樓道都鋪着地毯
環境：環境很整潔，帶孩子媳婦出來玩，肯定選乾淨衞生的
服務：停車場師傅特別負責，有責任心，在這個市中心這個價位的房間，還能停車太難得了，酒店前台服務也特別好，幾點回來都幫忙看下車位，最後查房一個無線耳機落下了，還主動打電話提醒我 好在沒走遠。總之大連之行選這個酒店非常滿意。

對於每年假期都要出來遊玩的中產家庭，逸靜是及具性價比的。房間空間大.乾淨。前台很好，有求必應。空調給力，因為是新裝修的水壓給力，熱水給力，周圍有三八市場，比優特超市。生活方面很便利。各種特色菜館。感謝逸靜五天的陪伴，明天要回去了。如果有機會來大連，下來還會住這裏。

地理位置就在市區繁華路段，晚上吃飯逛街都特別方便，白天景點出行公交地鐵直達，都特別棒，並且酒店環境特別棒，都是新傢俱，在大連旺季這個價位屬實不貴，強烈推薦！另外中央空調還帶新風系統！
