送機服務:入住的時候訂好的時間送機，第二天中午退房了，要送機服務説沒有，辦理入住的時候服務就不好，讓挑一個安靜點乾淨點的房間，説新修修的都一樣，退房開發票的時候服務也差，配個掃碼開發票的機器很難，開發票還要掃你的二維碼訊息，複製上去還開不出來，還要一個個訊息打字打上去。

房間挺乾淨的，我要的衹能雙床房，兩大一小住着很ok，特別要表揚前台小姐姐真的很貼心，看我帶小孩，擔心孩子睡覺摔下來，特意特提醒換成大床房。酒店樓下就有喜家德水餃，招牌水餃和全蝦水餃味道味道超級好，可以嚐嚐，出酒店向右手邊走不遠有大連老菜館日月昇，可以去嚐嚐

床很大，衞生也挺好，還有送機服務，就是離馬路邊近離機場也近所以隔音不太好，一晚上都是轟隆隆的對於我這種睡眠不太好的人來説不怎麼友好，如果睡眠好的人應該也不是啥大問題。

房間寬敞舒適温馨 設施齊全 有洗衣機烘乾機很方便 ，前台小姐姐態度温和 辦理入住快 ，有接送機服務 接機師傅主動熱情 有一種回家的感覺 下次回大連 一定還住這裏 再次感謝

酒店離機場不遠，可在前台預約時間免費送到機場，大概5分鐘左右就到，門口有停車位，房間內設施齊全，明亮，衞生就差分，被上有臟印，頭髮，服務員少，換被單還被要求客人自己換，當天剛好網絡故障，維修了半天也無解決好，工作的人員各方面協調不好。
