做為一名消費者，非常滿意在這家的入住體驗，房間設施齊全，，空調冷熱適中，冰箱出門給親人帶點東西存放挺方便的，給老家哥哥帶了點海鮮，正愁沒法放，一進屋問題解決了。，洗衣機也有，適合多日旅行解決換洗衣物。，床鋪挺乾淨的，被子輕盈，驚喜的是還有電褥子[強]，適合這個剛停暖的季節，看樣子房東很用心，屋裡電視可以看網絡，也可以看央視直播，適合喜歡看電視一族。wif信號很強勁，手機電視同時也不卡，據我估計是聯通的[偷笑]。衞生間乾濕分離，設計合理，洗髮水沐浴露味道不錯，一次性坐便套質量挺厚實，房間燈明暗度可調節，飄窗挺寬適合小情侶喝個小酒，浪漫一下。出門小區裏有個小花園，適合帶寶寶在這裏玩，河流裏有不少魚，烏龜，青蛙，可以喂喂魚，曬曬太陽，感受着春天的氣息。出小區右轉不遠有一條街是吃的，其中民全小館我們嘗試了味道不錯，價位親民，環境也乾淨。還吃到了老潼關肉夾饃[破涕為笑]。這個地方很熱鬧，瀕臨好幾座大學城，街上來來往往三三倆倆的年輕人，在這忙碌的生活找到了片刻的寧靜。

總的來説還是比較不錯的。海的話是不容易在房間看見的，衹不過離海很近，向西走上一會兒就到世界和平公園了。 然後位置不好找，且店家在攜程上給的定位非常不準，好在店家態度好、聯繫及時。説是華髮1座，其實是0座，旁邊有個特百惠和一個便利店。 交通挺方便，下樓確實就有公交站，且在大學城裡麪，所以吃的倒也不少。可惜路對面的小區是個鬼城。晚上膽小的朋友們謹慎由此前往海邊。 床比較硬，不喜歡硬床的慎選。 開水壺內壁有一些附着物，要使勁刷，還得燒幾遍水才能好。但是我已經給刷乾淨了，下家可以正常使用。可能是淡季的原因，房間估計好久沒人住了，裏面贈飲的水都是去年六月的。 房內東西一應俱全，除了洗衣機、電冰箱，甚至還有油鹽醬醋，如果不貴的話甚至適合月租，可惜浴霸是壞的，衞生間的燈也很暗，洗澡的時候不算明亮。電視遙控器也沒電了應該是，所幸已經不怎麼看電視了。窗簾有點透光，適合早起族。 房間很大，裝修很好，確實還可以。

設施齊全，衞生乾淨明亮，位置好找，，離20 03櫻花園挺近的，附近步行有個海邊世界和平公園，散散步吹吹海風，喂喂海鷗，不錯。

特別美好的民宿，還會再來的，環境乾淨整潔漂亮，體驗感很好。服務人員也細心周到，很舒服的一宿，心情超級美麗，感謝店家
