At that time, I chose Xinyue Hotel because the APP said that it had been repaired in 18 years (the room rate is not cheap 🙉) , I think it should be a relatively good hotel, but when I entered the door, I saw dirty carpets, unknown paper scraps and other stains in the corners, and there was no basic separation of dry and wet in the small bathroom. There are also unknown stains that make us extremely worried about using them. The toilet paper is also very thin, and the bathtub is also very dirty. The entire hotel facilities are extremely old, and family members who like the style of guest houses in 2000 can choose with confidence👍. Early the next morning, we chose to escape because of the hotel’s sanitation, facilities, and deadly sound insulation. After discussing with the hotel and the platform, the hotel manager insisted that we could not check out, and the money would not be refunded. , we can only upgrade the room type for free, (only the bed has become a little bigger, the bathtub has been replaced with a shower facility, and the rest has not changed.) After that, under the patient coordination of Ctrip's customer service lady, we won a refund of 160 yuan for us.
