地理位置還算優越，周邊有好多吃飯的地方，而且離海邊也很近，走路8分鐘左右吧，客房是別墅改造的，我們的房間在衚衕裏面點不在外面這馬路上，挺安靜的房間比較小，衞生間很大，但是衞生間裏面沒有暖風所以五一去晚上根本洗不了澡很冷，而且水也不是很熱水流也很小，衞生可以説就算過得去吧因為房間小所以也沒什麼體驗，一層就4間客房，免費給升級了一間家庭房，家庭房要比大床大很多，早餐沒吃不做評論

酒店位置好找，前台給免費升級啦房型，房間乾淨整潔，3個人住，挺大的，裏面還有個套間，開窗就是風景，離海邊也很近，前台服務態度很好，有求必應，非常推薦哦！五星好評哦！

我們是來魯美考試的，就訂了離學校近一點的（離遊樂場海邊都近）然後那幾天房價都比較貴，於是選了划算的，這家真的很不錯！房間採光很好，也比較乾淨，每天都會有阿姨清理，廁所也是乾濕分離的，床挺大的2mx2m，房間內很暖和.姐姐們服務也很到位，都能及時解決

房間比較好，安靜衞生，位置很好，生活方便，離海灘比較近。定了三晚，要續住一晚，但很不愉快，有位男士，好像能管點事的不同意原價續住，講了一堆道理，就是不知道續住給他們也帶來很多好處，不用換床品，等等。結果從網上訂的比我原來定的還少少便宜。

服務還不錯
酒店也很新，各種設施都很完備。
位置超級好，走路去黃金海岸也就10分鐘，發現王國20分鐘（建議開車）。
不足之處：
家庭房沒有電梯（在4樓，電梯衹到3樓），需要爬樓梯。我看小哥比較瘦弱我自己搬上去的，應該他們服務人員也能搬吧。但是離店的時候，估計衹能靠自己了。
另外家庭房的衞生間是玻璃門，多少有點不方便，畢竟一家三口帶娃兒咋個都有需要遮掩的時候。是不是考慮貼個磨砂的膜更好一點？

華住會旗下的都不錯的在大連帶了得有4天，算是這四天性價比最高的了全程接待的服務帶你去房間門口的那種説實話這個價格配這個服務我確實很不好意思，因為第一天住的花了我400rmb服務很差環境也沒這個好可能是因為在金州區但是大連地鐵很方便了，來發現王國金石灘的可以首選這家啦！
