BBlindSmilethis place can truly stay up to 18 people. it pretty spacious, good location, 5 minutes walk to mall, below there is rentable scooter, you can visit nearby attraction or malls with it. elevator that goes straight to your door. super convenient. karaoke system and mahjong table was great. bed is comfy. toilets very pretty decent just the one with the bathtub area is super cold when you shower cause literally outside is below 10 degree and the only thing blocking a window. i kinda wish they provided floor mats for coming out of the shower if not it’s kinda cold, thank god ******* exist, any amenities you don’t have can either request from them or buy from *******, it’s a wonderful location nevertheless.

SShawnLee23I have been to a lot of hotels, AirBnBs and homestay in China but none have had the fineness, hospitality, cleanliness or comfort of Dalian Jinshi Designer Homestay. The staff is more than friendly, accommodating and enthusiastically friendly. As a foreigner who has been living in China for almost 6 years now it’s refreshing to find an accommodation that offers you services beyond your expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and expects a great and comfortable vacation. If I’m ever in Dalian again, be it with or without friends, I’ll definitely stay at the same place. Thanks to all the staff for their friendly hospitality. 10 stars and beyond to this place!!

Facilities: The room is decorated very well, but many small details are not well considered. For example, the washbasin in the room is really too small. Although there is a small movable table next to it, it is really inconvenient to pull it back and forth. The arrangement of the sockets is really unreasonable. Most people now have two mobile phones, so it is really inconvenient to run up and down. Although I don't use a kettle, this room doesn't have a very suitable place to plug in the kettle. Of course, it may be that the partition made later can't be changed. You can really consider adding a floor towel in the room, because if the water comes out, the terrazzo floor is still a bit slippery, and the sound insulation is really bad. It's only for this room, and other rooms are not referenceable. Hygiene: The room hygiene is still OK Environment: Because the geographical location is a first-line sea view, the objective factor is strong wind, and occasionally there will be small flies and flies that are not easy to avoid, but there is nothing else. Service: To be honest, it's very real. Because we didn't go to the travel photography sent by ourselves, we don't know what it looks like, so we don't comment on it. As long as reasonable demands are made, they can basically be met. Sometimes they cannot be met in time. Maybe I went there during off-peak hours and there may not be enough staff. GGuest UserI’m a solo traveler and I don’t speak well Chinese. I was somewhat scared but the host was super sweet and special. Her family showed me well here to eat and show me how to get around. The room is super spacious. You can have a family or more people. It even has a mini kitchen and living area. Is truly a whole apartment and it feels nice to be able to stay somewhere safe. I’m great full to have come to this place in Dalian. Thank you

GGuest UserThe owner, a woman, is incredibly kind. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the lobby is very comfortable. They have coffee, a water dispenser, and everything you need. They also offer free laundry, with detergent provided. My room had its own air conditioner, so the temperature was much lower than the central air conditioner in the lobby. The shared bathrooms and showers are acceptable, which is fine for me because they're cleaned daily. However, transportation isn't always convenient; the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.

Ttraveler 5The person was very welcoming, he was available to make sure we were comfortable the whole way, he helped us get a car and even taught us how to buy affordable tickets for different places. The room was spacious and quiet, and in the early night the shops and vendors in the street are so lively. I really enjoyed the tour. However I highly suggest that if someone is to go there they should add the persons wechat for a better communication and follow-up. It can really come in handy just incase you couldn't make a phone call because of phone service issues or anything.

Ee08897986It is very rare to have such quality at this price. The shortcomings are that the previous guest's bath towel was hung on the air conditioner and was not picked up. There was no new bath towel, and I found no bath towel after taking a shower. There were three pairs of unclaimed socks in the room... The lower layer of the refrigerator was occupied by mold. Finally, there were some problems with the air conditioner. My throat hurt after turning it on for 10 minutes. It didn't hurt when I went out for shopping, but it hurt as soon as I came back. It hurt so much at night that I couldn't swallow. I changed to a new hotel the next day and the pain stopped after a few hours.
