Facilities: A bit old-fashioned. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Loved it, a perfect family-friendly hotel. Service: Good. The hotel's own activities are suitable for young children. It's very close to the beach, so getting to the sand is super convenient. My kids' favorite activity every day was walking to the beach. After they got tired of playing, we'd head back to rest, and from our room, we could hear the sound of the waves. It truly felt like 'facing the sea, with spring blossoms all around'.

Our first stop in Dalian was this Holiday Inn, and it was an excellent experience. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning, but the staff member in black was incredibly attentive. Despite the late hour, they patiently helped us with check-in, explained all the facilities, and even offered to carry our luggage to the room. We were a family of three, and even though our room originally included breakfast for two, the hotel kindly added a third complimentary breakfast every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel grounds were spacious, and it was convenient to get to the beach. As an international chain, Holiday Inn consistently delivers on quality, and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic! A two-bedroom apartment that both the elderly, kids, and my family absolutely loved! They thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room. Downstairs, you can see the Venetian Water Town at night, and it's really quiet, with no mosquitoes. The bedding and air conditioning were all comfortable! A washing machine, sofa, and fridge were all included. We stayed for three days straight, and when we moved to another place afterward, there was a noticeable drop in quality – we really should have just stayed here the whole time! Highly recommend for families with children or elderly members!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Happy Beach Gate 4, and within walking distance of Discovery Kingdom. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which I really appreciated. However, I can't give a good rating for a few reasons: 1. As soon as we got to the room, I called the front desk for children's slippers and toothbrushes. After waiting half an hour with no delivery, I ended up getting them from a housekeeping staff member in the hallway. 2. In the afternoon, I called the front desk for disposable cups. Again, after waiting half an hour, they still hadn't arrived. I had to call again to follow up before they finally sent a robot to deliver them. We then left the room, and when we returned in the evening, we found two disposable cups sitting on the floor outside our door! Isn't putting paper cups on the floor unhygienic? 3. The hotel advertises free sand-digging tools. We stayed for two nights, and every time we went to get tools, they were either unavailable or broken! 4. Our room on the fifth floor wasn't particularly noisy, but as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, the hallway had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. The bedding also felt damp, making for an uncomfortable stay. For a Trip.com 5-diamond hotel with such a prime location, this was truly disappointing. It seems you really do get what you pay for!

Staying at Fraser Suites Dalian was an absolutely fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and very helpful in guiding me around. The room itself was clean, tidy, and much more spacious than a typical hotel room, with all the home comforts you could ask for. I really have to commend the housekeeping team – they were so thorough with their cleaning, and always spoke softly when entering the room. When I needed extra amenities last minute, they were delivered to my door very quickly. You can really feel their dedication in every detail. My entire stay was comfortable and reassuring. From the front office to housekeeping, all the staff were incredibly reliable. This is definitely a hotel I'd return to when I'm back in Dalian.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, right in the heart of Zhongshan District, with mature and well-developed surrounding amenities. Whether it's for shopping, visiting Zhongshan Square, enjoying the Donggang night view, or heading to famous attractions like Xinghai Square and Tiger Beach, getting around is super convenient. The transportation network is excellent, making it very easy whether you're driving or taking a taxi. It's highly efficient for travel and perfectly suited for family trips and short getaways. What left the deepest impression during my stay was the meticulous service from the concierge department. The service was attentive, proactive, and down-to-earth, completely devoid of a rigid, procedural feel. The concierge team was enthusiastic and thoughtful throughout; they greeted us proactively and assisted promptly whenever we entered or exited. They were very considerate when helping with luggage and guiding us with directions. As we were traveling by car, the staff provided attentive guidance throughout, actively helped transfer our luggage, and directed us straight to the exclusive elevator for the underground parking garage. This was incredibly helpful for travelers with elderly family members and children. For daily travel inquiries, sightseeing routes, and recommendations for local food, the concierge staff were patient and detailed in their answers, offering very practical local advice that saved us a lot of unnecessary detours during our trip. The overall service attitude was sincere and responsive; you could feel the professionalism and dedication in every detail. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable, with a prime location and attentive, detailed service. The overall ambiance and experience were top-notch. I genuinely feel that this hotel's service lives up to five-star quality and is an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian. I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation on my next trip to Dalian!

Overall, my family and I had a very satisfying stay. Lynne was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, she proactively offered complimentary children's toiletries, which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean, dust-free, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast offered a good variety suitable for all ages, and the hotel's quiet environment ensured a very peaceful night's rest. I genuinely recommend this hotel.

The experience at this hotel was good my daughter was so happy with the Balala fairy room she enjoyed herself so much, and many thanks to **** for checking up on us as we left the hotel, we loved the atmosphere the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the F&B manager went out of his way to make sure that we sat comfortably and we were served exceptionally well, whenever we come back to Dalian for our next vacation this hotel will be definitely be one of our choice among the many hotels that we will book 😀 I enjoyed my stay, and the reception stuff was very warm and friendly, the bed was absolutely comfortable considering the we traveled for well over 16 hours from our city. I definitely had a relaxed night. My husband rested well, and he was at ease.

Traveling to Dalian during peak season, I chose the Pullman and stayed for four nights. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a junior suite, which was absolutely fantastic! After turning on the air conditioning for a bit, there was no strange odor in the room. It faced Labor Park, and the upward-leading stairs from the window were very pleasing to look at. The hotel's location is super convenient; there are several shopping malls right across the street. It's also easy to get to trendy Nanshan Road, and taking a taxi to Amber Bay or Xinghai is a breeze. The suite had one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom. The bedding was comfortable, not too soft, and the bathroom had a separate shower and a large bathtub. Every time I came back from exploring, it felt like returning to a cozy home. Lying on the sofa in the living room, eating some fruit, watching TV, and browsing on my phone – it was just so relaxing. A truly excellent experience, highly recommended!

I previously booked a guesthouse that wasn't cheap, but the environment turned out to be quite bad. So I decided to stick with a reliable brand hotel and chose InterContinental. The environment was bright and clean, and the staff were warm and attentive. A senior gentleman at the lobby handling luggage was particularly helpful, always ready to answer questions without hesitation. Also, Riley from customer service was enthusiastic and responsive. I'll definitely choose InterContinental again if I have the chance next time.
