Definitely Marriot it’s a kind of brand you can trust. I am gonna start width stuff: those people are amazing. The Asian girl (sorry forgot her name) is so polite and helpful. I loved stay there. Then I extended my trip one day more in Houston

Room was clean and very comfortable. The dining room was superb! The food was comfort food that was seasoned great. It was busy due to weather and the staff kept up and very attentive.

I had a bad experience during my stay at the Marriott. I was disturbed by noise from other guests, including loud music, slamming doors, and banging on the walls, which kept me up from 2 am to 5 am the first night and continued even after I was relocated to another floor. During the day, you could hear the housekeepers clean the other rooms. Absolutely no peace.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly when I approached them. They pretended they could not understand English, but they could. They were just being rude.
Anyway, I was charged the deposit plus the total cost of the room at check-in, and when I checked out, I was asked no questions. However, I later found out that the hotel was trying to charge an additional $500 to my credit card without any explanation. I tried to speak to the management, but the front desk staff refused to let me do so and lied to me instead. I am very upset by this experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you like noise and less-than-great customer service, then ignore my review. The only good thing, the location was convenient.

AC was broken upon arrival then we froze every night because the temperature would never come back up after cooling off the room. Stayed same time last year and was given complimentary breakfast but this year they wanted $21 a person each day... Overall was a good stay but will most likely stay somewhere else next year...

The hotel was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional, but the breakfast staff questioned us 3-4 times about our prepaid breakfast. I walked away feeling like I did something wrong. I even double checked to make sure we paid for breakfast in advance... Even though it was confirmed at check in.

Absolutely best Stay in a hotel I’ve selected. From the very start the service was top tier with a warm welcome and helpfulness. Quick check in once in room ❤️OMG very clean and spacious with table and desk areas to set. The bed slept wonderfully. To top it all off on the wake up there is a marvelous buffet spread of breakfast that’s just great all in all a very pleasant and welcoming place to be.

The housekeeper came to knock on our door 3 times. First at 8am, even though check our was at 12pm.
Please be mindful that parking is not included and they will charge you $25 for parking per night.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The bed could use an update! The problem I REALLY have with the hotel is that the staff has a thief within. I left a $150 hairdryer in the room and it was "NOT FOUND". This tells me that it was stolen and the manager told my husband that all their staff is honest and wouldn't steal. He is basically calling my husband a liar who drove down to the hotel to check for it in person. He drove 45 minutes out of his way to check for it to be told that no one there would take it. MANAGEMENT handled this very poorly. Very disappointed in Marriott for the way their management dealt with us.
