yesterday evening five of us went to the restaurant of Hotel Miramar. We had appetizer at the hotel. We had hotel vouchers which we had to use. We informed the hotel staff that we had voucher coupons. When our appetizer was complete and we asked for the bill, we informed the hotel staff at the time of bill that we would use buy one get one free coupon, but they asked us to do another coupon, then after several arguments they decided to change the bill. It took a long time to change the bill and when they brought the bill and we asked what is the mode of payment they said cash only then we told them that we will pay by card then they started arguing when we asked there is no value of time, the hotel staff member was a *** in a black shirt and the F&B service team started a fight with us and raised a hand. He used to fight in the restaurant also and when we were leaving, they are come down and again fight with us and abuse. If anyone is not sure of this incident, there is a record in the CCTV camera of the hotel, you can see that it is very pathetic ***agement, they don't know what is the hospitality . And till now the ***agement has not taken any action.
