It was a nice experience.. the room was so excellent to relax.. food was so good.. Ruchita was there to help us in every dinning.... we were amazed the catch the views and we surprised to see these view from the gantok

Rooms are great had nice Balcony with wonderful views and restaurant is good with live music during dinner was appreciated. SPA is missing and is bit of walk (20mins) from Mall Road where all the evening action happens. Good choice for quiet place yet on main road close to Railway station. Staff were really nice-Pratik was very helpful!

I am satisfied with we care holiday Especially my itinery prepared by shella chettri who made our trip memorable helping at every time when we need help

I traveled with my 2 Year Old .Our stay was beyond our expectations. Staff was very helpful & Courtious. Food & Resturant ambience with live music made it more pleasent. Room size & Amenities was proper . The best part is view from balcony was breath taking .

Nice clean hotel with cooperative and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and good vegetarian food at the restaurant. Great gesture of welcoming guests by offering traditional gamchha. The hotel is on main road near the toy train junction and a reliance smart mart adding to the convenience.

We stayed 3 nights and hotel was well maintained, room had nice view, staff were friendly and helpful specially Front reception and restaurant Hotel was few minutes walk from darjeeling himalayan toy train station and 20 / 25 minutes to mahakal road shopping

Once in a while you come across a property which checks all boxes and just makes your day. Visited the property very recently and the experience started right at the outset. Vansita was effortless at checking us in while the staff welcomed us and provided Darjeeling tea. Rooms instantly gave a luxurious feel and balcony with view of Kunchenjunga range was breathtaking. Housekeeping was very reactive to all requests and resolved any minor issues instantly. Next morning the breakfast spread was huge and staff instantly addressing any requests for hot poori or Parantha. The senior staff was at the front as well and ensured the whole experience was awesome. Highly recommended.
